I placed an order on 26/04/2025 and to date i have heard nothing from this company .They do not respond to any communication on any platform . The Worst service ever
I am trying to get a paid up letter for an account that was settled in Jan 2023 and my credit bureau have not been updated and still shows .Its incredible how I cannot get this letter . I called yesterday spoke to Gugu Sibanyoni who advised Prudence will send it to me within 4 hours and still nothing this horrible disgusting service's and everyone just pushes the buck to the next its apparently no ones job and no one knows whose supposed to assist me . disgusted by the level of service and that i need to come here to get assistance
Bunch of ****mers this is not a legit business .The owner ****med me of my monies .paid for sneakers I never received since i ordered & paid 25 August she has since deleted her business page where I ordered and blocked me on WhatsApp I’m not the only there’s a bunch of us on a group we created.Ilze Jonkers formally employed by star south fruits as a compliance co-ordinator I have been ****** of my hard earned money a true **** she is
I'm so appalled by the manner in which my requests from Vodacom direct /Fibre team are being handled .I logged a request to migrate on the 08/06/2022 and to date nothing has been actioned . I have just seen my invoice which proves it was not done . I logged the delay with the call centre and they advised i will be credited accordingly .A team leader/supervisor Dominque who advised he is based in Cape town who advised me he will investigate and get back to me that was on the 11/07 to date no call back - i called today for Dominque and was told they cant locate him .I spoke to a VERY VERY rude team leader /supervisor by the name of Sli Zwane who was the most sarcastic to me and belittled in ways I never thought possible as a customer .When asked for her superior she told me she cannot give me that info I asked so if I am not happy with your mannerism as an employee where do I report this she blatantly told me to come to hello peter ,i asked for her email she said its against company policy .To further frustrate she dropped the call on me and no call back .I have not missed one debit order but dare i reverse there debit my service will be cut yet i am not being helped. What irks me the most is the manner in which sli made me feel as if I was just thumb sucking all when i gave her my Sr she told me that the investigation was opened on 11/07/2022 as per my SR no. it is now 12/08/2022 and still no feedback when i have another debit coming on 25/08/2022 I WANT FEEDBACK AND MY CREDIT FOR THE MIGRATION TODAY VODACOM
I called Fnb this morning ,telephone banking and spoke to the most disgusting team leader ever by the name of Adelaide Ndlovu ,i wanted to reverse a debit and was told they cant as i have given that entity authorization for the debit .My concern is that if i gave authority it should be who can revoke authority ,i find it hard to believe that my supposed bank refused to assist .this is my money after all .I have reversed debits with them before with no hassles and stories,i than spoke to a senior Christopher Nkhata who very politely explained the reasons to me and i understood ,however Adelaide had me on hold for about 20 mins and came back to the call with a stinking attitude and sarcasm ,she had no care for me as their customer and told me that if i am not happy with their policy i can log a "complaint "which i found sarcastic and rude as she failed to resolve or advise effectively .She further went on to tell i will wait the whole day for her senior as he is not in making me feel even more helpless.
