Frustration with the poor customer service and lack of communication regarding my order number: HFC26905 placed on 28 August 2024 for delivery in Centurion. After receiving the confirmation email with a message stating, "Thank you for your purchase, we are getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it is shipped," there was no mention of a turnaround time or expected delivery date. Since then, I have made multiple follow-ups: 2nd September: I followed up via email but received no response. 3rd September: I followed up via WhatsApp and was told that all pre-orders would be dispatched on 4th September and that I would receive a tracking number once my order was ready for collection. 6th September: I requested feedback via WhatsApp but received no reply. 9th September: I followed up again via WhatsApp with no response. 11th September: I finally received a reply stating that the orders would be dispatched between Wednesday and Thursday, yet both days passed without any further communication. It is now 13th September 2024, and I still have not received any update or tracking number for my order. This lack of communication and failure to provide timely updates is extremely disappointing.
We were sold rotten food on the 22nd December. We purchased chicken stew one with pap and one with samp. Chicken was slimy and damp as well. This was on purpose because you could see from the owner to the cookers. I was so disappointed I did not have a good Christmas since we had runny stomach. This is disappointing and unpleasant
I would like to write a review about Miway Blink. I received outstanding customer service from Prudence Komape from Miway Blink. I was claiming for Motor vehicle accident.I would definitely refer friends and family based on this. I am a happy customer.
I am disappointed with the level of service. The reason why I joined Kingprice is that I was referred to Kingprice by my younger brother who sang praises for Kingprice. I lost my phone on the 13th April and bought a new phone on the 14th, since the claiming process takes 6 working days and I could not stay without a phone for that long. I was supprised to be told that Kingprice does settle claims in a form of cash only vouchers, how is that so? since my brothers claim was settled cash?. The list of stores that you can redeem the voucher at there is nothing that I need. So what am i supposed to do with the voucher. Also the amount paid out is R5900 whereas I was covered for a possession of R12 000?. Could I kindly get my claim settled by cash? Regards
