Anyone looking to invest with this company...DONT. Their systems are ALWAYS offline. Agents say they will call you back but never do. I've been trying to withdraw my funds for almost a month and have been sent from pillar to post. They have a don't care attitude and deserve to be shut down for treating their clients so poorly.
Called Vodacom Cancellations - 0821958 at 11:27am today the 1st of March. Spoke to a guy by the name of Praneel/Pranish. Vodacom - Your calls are recorded, right? So please go and listen to this recording and see everything that was wrong with this call. Gosh!!! I have been a client with you for over 10 years and now speaking to your agents just gives me anxiety. They won't take no for an answer and push you to your limits until you have no option but to become rude. I said No thank you over 10 times and still received a quote processed on my number with an upgrade which I DON'T WANT! The service I received today is terrible! All for the sake of pushing a sale!! Honestly can not wait for all my contracts to come to an end so I can move away from you guys.
I've been with Essential Med for the past 6 months, I made sure I triple checked my policy for any clauses and was pretty confident with my decision. Little did I know that this company is just a bunch of scammers. I fell sick yesterday with extreme abdominal pains. Called the contact number listed on their website requesting an ambulance as I was not able to drive myself. The lady asked me what was wrong and I said abdominal pains for the past few hours. Apparently they only dispatch an ambulance if you're about to die! ('life threatening') the lady said. WOW!!! So I waited for my husband to get home which was after 6, checked their network of doctors in the area and all closed at 6. My husband calls Essential Med for preauthorisation for casualty ward. The guy says we are not covered for Casualty, however my policy clearly states I am, and on Level 1. I'm billed R1900 at the hospital and here I am looking at my policy that's states I'm covered for R2000 every 12 months. Called in this morning and all I'm told is that Casualty is only covered for after hours. Essential med, what is after hours to you??? I got to the hospital at 7, none of the gp's in the area was available. Please can you tell me what you would have liked me to do, especially in the pain I was in. You guys are a bunch of theives who will find any reason not to approve a claim. Fyi I will be cancelling my policy immediately and I hope that others see this and do the same before they are put in the same situation I was in last night! Almost R8000 premiums paid to you in the last 6 months and this is the service I'm given... Pathetic!!!
Just received a call from your call center. I was in a doctor's waiting area with a room full of people and answered my phone as I have kids. The lady asked if she could have a minute of my time, I said unfortunately not. She insisted and I said I can't as I'm busy and to please call me later. I could hear the irritation in her voice. She then cut the call in my ear. I find this extremely rude. Truworths I am a client of yours and don't expect to be treated this way. I expect you to find the recording and deal with this kind of client service or when the time comes I will close my account. With the market the way it is I would think that you value your clients! Call was received from MDB as per trucaller at 1:38 pm 25/01/18. I also expect feedback ASAP.
