Wish I could give zero stars. If there is one food chain I think should close their doors, it would be this. Poor service, the most misleading adverti*****t. Their facebook page is full of photos showing what the real food looks like. Dispicable. If you want to waste your money and still be hungry afterwards, then try this food chain. If you want good food, forget they even exist.
The WORST service ever. When calling them to resolve a problem THEY created, their response is: I'm not sure. We had a good medical plan at Discovery for 6 months, only to find out that our Hospital Plan don't actualy cover hospital visits. And our Gapcover don't actualy fill that gap. R5050 per month x 6 months down the drain. Don't waste your money with this medical sceme.
The area is beautiful, but the waiter at the restaurant didn't want to serve us even though we were there during serving time. We were there at 10:50 and wanted to order breakfast. He said they only serve breakfast until 11:00 so the kitchen can clean up before lunch-orders. Even though we were well within the ordering time, we said that we don't mind ordering lunch then. He then said he can't as they only serve lunch from 12:00. Unhappy with this service, we went to the farm office to complain. The friendly lady at the office called the restaurant manager, who in a very unfriendly tone, told her (we could hear over the phone) that this is how it is. I will never recommend this unprofessional and rude restaurant to anyone.
I ordered a few products, waited a month for my delivery (that I had to querie every week) that turned out to miss one product. I asked for a refund, waited another month and still they haven't refunded me.
VERY poor service. I struggled for a month to get them to come out and give us a quote to move our telephone base and fix the internet they messed up with. At last they showed up after we contacted one of their managers. Thereafter we received the quote, paid it and sent them the proof of payment. Now struggling again after contacting them six times just to get them to answer me on when they will come out to move the phone base. Will not recommend them to anyone!
Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership with Affinity and wanted to know how to go about doing it. I ended up chatting with Claudia on their live chat option. She was very helpful and cancelled my membership while chatting. I didn't need to go through the hassle of typing a letter, signing it, scanning it and sending it through. And I didn't need to wait for a response e-mail to get the answers I needed. She provided very good service.
