Game recently had a special going. One was 2 xbox1 or ps4 games for 500. However they didn't specify only selected titles. So my husband took 4 games and they refused to give him the discount. This is after seeing many others buying the same titles at the discounted price. I emailed them my concerns and they still refused to help me. Eventually completely ignored my emails. We went back to the store the next day and they still refused, magically producing a list now. When we asked why other stores were giving discount on the titles we selected they said they had different lists. But the buyer confirmed all stores got the same list. I have been in this battle for 3 days now and I still have not received a response. Needless to say the manager spoke down on me like I was stupid and spoke over me, ignoring what I had to say. And raised his voice to me. This is disappointing for such a large company. If it was a printing error that is an internal issue not mine. I would like my reference number to collect the games I selected at the special price.
I've been trying to get hold of them to sell them 2 range rovers. Probably over 2 months now and the response rate is awful. Phones are not answered neither are emails. You guys really need to up your game. This is bad for such a big company.
So our router was hit by lightning on Monday 22/01/18. We bought a new router and didn't have adsl connection. We phoned numerous times and the answer was the same "it's a line fault on our side". We eventually switched the cables on the jack, lo and behold there is the problem. So we call again explaining we found the fault please come sort it out, and your answer to us "oh YOU need to buy the part it's YOUR responsibility." Fine we go to the telkom shop and there we get told a technician needs to come and install it. We are still waiting for the technician to come out. And also we want a refund for the week we didn't have Internet.

Eventually we swapped cables in the jack. Lo and behold there is the problem. So we call them again and explain the situation. The answer we got was" it's YOUR responsibility to buy a new new one." We get to the telkom shop. Oh no a technician need to come out and install it. Telkom needs to refund us this week and also we are still waiting for the technician to come out.
