I have had shocking service from this company. I purchased the wrong parts instore after paying and parts were returned immediately. I was told the funds would be reversed back into my account 2 days later. 6 Days later i am still struggling to get my funds back. I can't think why the conflicting stories of returning my funds but i am fuming.

Phoned them 5 times today, every time they tell me they’ll get back to me, but they don’t. This isn’t the first time I’ve received bad customer service from British 4x4 the staff is arrogant and unwilling to assist. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I've been trying to get hold of them to sell them 2 range rovers. Probably over 2 months now and the response rate is awful. Phones are not answered neither are emails. You guys really need to up your game. This is bad for such a big company.

<p>I purchased Window rails form my Overlander on 01 December 2016.<br />Paid for via EFT and proof of payment e-mailed to Raymond.<br />I was informed that the goods were dispatched via Time Freight.<br />Well it is now 21 December 2016 21 days later and still non reciept of goods.<br />I have requested raymond to follow up but my er-mails just get ignored. <br />No follow up no answer from either Time Freight or British $x$.<br />So now I am stuck in ther middle<br />Where do I go from here. <br /><br />TErence</p>
