They advertised stayfree pads at R25.99 for 3 yet scanned it at R42...So I asked the cashier to see the paper which they did yet went and got sum1 higher to say it's wudout wings that's on special yet the paper shows a pic with wings...Such bad marketing or simply clever coz u attract the client yet say not this or that yet the pic is visible..
2 be honest they were such a good store but these days it seems they advertising alot of specials 2 draw the crowd yet don't have stock of anything...They advertised a simple thing like close up toothpaste at R17 for 2 and it's the 2nd week they keep saying NO stock...Can't say sold out coz I live near and I've been to the store everyday .. Today they didn't even have half the stuff on the paper as well as we visited after church...This is pathetic
They speak such lies about the no more data expiry...Alot of people may not complain but the new act states that there should be no expiry date on data bcoz we as customers are paying for it and we should use it how we pls...I was in store 2day 2 buy a small bundle 2 add on coz a message came last nyt 2 say I got 48hrs b4 da bundle expires so I can add on....Gosh I just wasted R29..It did nothing.This is terrible bcoz data is a big thing these days and 2 be robbed by huge company's like this esp when we dealing wud them over years...Disgusting
They advertised all over the media and stuff about 35% off their sleepwear and stuff but guess what???They are such rip offs coz only large or extra large sizes were on sale and when u called 4 help in the Chatsworth branch they say that's all we got that's why it's on sale...What nonsense???They shud have every size available b4 advertising.Alot of people were unhappy and got NO help from any1...If it was Truworths or any other store they wud try 2 locate what u want and get it 4 u...Our stores treat us like they doing us a favour failing 2 realise the customers support the stores 2 give them a job...Sooo in future don't advertise 4 sales if u have nothing...U just drawing the crowd 2 make ur store look busy...How pathetic...Ud neva get this treatment in other stores...They'd try 2 help u not just say whateva is there is on sale coz we were there early so it cudnt have been sold out...Disgusting...
MTN use 2 be da best network but recently I don't know what 2 say...1stly data is a big thing these days but they decided 2 bring da what's app bundle 2 clients at R10 for a whole month...After 2/3mths da price changed 2 R30 but guess what now it's 20 days...How is that possible that da price gets higher and days get shorter...Then wud da normal data we pay as u go clients pay R160 for 1gb and wudout that ur what's app only works when u on da app so u still need normal data...So if u got data left over u cud buy da cheapest bundle like for R10 and ur data will carry over but now app data bundle is R150 for 1gb but can't be carried over any more. ..I don't think this is fair at all coz we are paying 4 it and we shud have da ryt 2 a non expiry date coz it's our money and we need 2 use it how we see fit...Imagine having sooo much data and waking up on a morn and it's gone...Is this customer service???Trust them 2 send a message or try 2 post a reason but they shud actually find a solution and give us our data wudout an expiry date and make da what's app bundle cheaper if it's got 20 days now coz R10 was 30 days but R30 is 20 days...What a joke
Just want 2 say that I am very proud of the reply 2 my review 2day...I shud have went 2 da manager 4rm the start instead of staff that behave like they own da store...Thank you for finally getting back 2 me and getting the products I needed...Well done
Just a follow up on the terrible service that pick and pay gives to their customers...Having a problem from last Dec with no stock and rain checks given...They did contact me and keep saying no stock yet this month end again Dischem had the bodywash on special but at R50 which is the price on special but p&p had it for R30 and now for they mistake we must get bad service...They keep lying they will get it and now it's the 14th March and nothing yet...I'm sick and tired of fighting now coz u can neva say u got NO stock or can't get something like this when ur such a huge retailer...Since there's no help from managers or store assistants about the matter there's nothing more we can do...If ur happy shopping there as a customer then that's good but we won't be shopping wud this chain store anymore...Pathetic and what's worse is they treat us this way coz they are in an Indian area so it's just 1 of those things...With the way they kept lying NO stock yet every1 else has it they shud be ashamed...Absolutely disgusting service...
They called me on Wed 31 Jan as soon as this post went up and asked what I wanted and stuff and I told them my rain check expires on the 3 Feb but the lady said no problem they would get my stuff...Coz I wasnt prepared to run around 4 another rain check renewal...Tomorrow is a week after the call but no response...That call was just to keep me quiet for a little while...Gosh they should just learn from Spar and not give out rain checks...NO stock and that's it coz now they keep lying coz they made a mistake with the price.No1 ever sells it sooo low coz I'm a frequent buyer of it.
Title: Pick and Pay keeps lying to customers Type: personal Message: Pick and Pay advertised their Lux 750ml bodywash around the 1st week of Dec for R29.99...Got a raincheck on the 3rd then continued to go every week sometimes twice a week to check for stock.On the 3rd of Jan they extended the raincheck bcoz they neva had stock.Spoke to the manager and the guy from Unilever..They keep saying they can't get stock but the amazing part is Dischem..Clicks..Shoprite and other stores have them all the time but at normal price of R79...They are just lying bcoz why wud they supply all other stores and not them.If they made a mistake with the price it's their problem.They cannot make clients run in and out for something that they are probably hiding.I just told them on Fri that I will be putting it in the rising sun but I said let me try u guyz 1st.I even have to go back on the 3rd to renew raincheck for the 3rd time.It's sickening...Costing the customer more on fuel bcoz they said alot of rainchecks were given that weekend.No one cared over 8wks to try and sort out the issue..From manager to Unilever rep at the store.Thank u...
