Cloud Orthopedic Sneakers - In my opinion this company has falsely advertised its sneakers. I am unsatisfied with the plastic sole and the promise of a memory foam / orthopedic sneaker. I can purchase an inner sole for my sneakers, the same as these, at Dischem - and for a lot cheaper. The sneaker is advertised with a cushioning sole, leading customers to believe they absorb pressure as you walk, which is not the case, as the plastic sole does not even bend. Their customer service is lacking. They ask for a delivery address and then send it to the closest PEP stores for collection. I sent numerous emails and received my first response after my third email. All I want to do is return my product for a full refund, which is offered by them, but have wasted my time with useless, back and forth emails, only to be told I must send my 'sneakers' back to China for my refund: Name:Xin Qiluo Address: 301. My review is based on the service offered by Dean Wasley who attended to my complaint. Dean was very efficient and kept me updated while the problem with our wifi was been attended to. Thank you Dean.
As a loyal customer of Vodacom for over 10 years, I was approached by MONDO, a rewards company used by Vodacom to entice customers to take out new contracts. I was first told by the call-agent that Vodacom would like to reward me for being a 'loyal' customer of theirs and would offer me a mobile Wi-Fi at "NO EXTRA CHARGE". She told me I was paying too much for data and with the new Wi-Fi device it would cost me less. After I very specifically told the call-agent that I could not afford to pay more than I was paying for my contract she told me I would actually be paying less. I was paying R607.49 on my existing 'pay as you go' contract which has gone up to R1 089.66!! I have reported this both to Vodacom and MONDO to please help and sort this out; as it would be very clear once listening to the phone recording I did not want to pay more. Need-less to say, I was given reference numbers (1- ********** ********** : Vodacom) and (8056 : MONDO) and told I would be contacted within 3-5 working days, which I am still waiting for!! All I want to do is cancel this contract, or get what I was promised.
