Having ENDLESS hassles getting these people to calculate my monthly contribution for my staff over the last 12 months. Payments don't reflect on the statements and the staff there appear to be incompetent and downright ignorant. These people best not open a business, as they WILL NOT MAKE IT!
I ordered some MX kit from Go-MX, based in Cape Town, on Monday November 1, 2020. The feedback I received was timely and in the telephonic conversations I did have with the staff, they were professional, polite and knowledgeable. I have dealt with another online motorcycle kit shop here in South Africa. I ordered kit in August 2020 and was informed that I can expect it in maybe January 2020. Needless to say that it was the last time I ordered anything from them. Today, Thursday 03 December 2020, the kit was delivered by FedEx. Exactly what I ordered in size and colour. A HUGE thank you to this business and it will certainly not be the last time I will order something from them!
I have had constant issues with my Outlook email not working. And the support system via Whatsapp is ****! I sat on a Whatsapp messaging dialogue for more than an hour before eventually being disconnected with NO idea of what the issue is. And this at month end. PATHETIC
Pray tell how it can take 2 DAYS to reset a password. There are no contact details for actual people to talk to, just a Whatsapp app and email. Also their website is not user friendly at all. Every time I attempt to do something, it goes back to the logon screen. I did communicate with Tsepang Telite in the accounts department. She was extremely helpful. Get your act together!!!

I received a call from Onair TV last year offering the upgrade to the Explora. I accepted and all the admin was done and then I waited for another 4 months for the installation. I have 2 decoders on my account and was waiting for Onair TV to contact me regarding the second upgrade. Now, I received an SMS on 14 January 2018 stating that the order has been dispatched. I contacted the call centre enquiring about this, and the agent told me that the decoder had been installed. I told him that the first decoder had indeed been installed, and then he continued advising me that I need to read the instructions on the box for installation. ?????? I tried to explain to him again that I assume that the SMS received refers to the second decoder to be installed. He then said that he does not understand what's going on and I requested from him to forward my request to sales. Let's see what transpires, but I am not hopeful.
