Received a clearance letter in 2024 however Debt rescue has not cleared my name. Profile is still being flagged as under debt review.
Received a clearance letter in October 2024. Was advised by Maria Moketoa, Marlize van Wyk and Ashnie Naidoo that credit bureau would be updated. It is now 17 months later and I am still being flagged as under debit review after payment for this service.
Biggest **** at Clicks Victoria Road PMB. Make sure what you paying at the till is actually the price on the shelf. On more than 1 occasion at Clicks pmb I was ****med. Each item was an addition 4 to 6 Rand at the till compared to the actual price on the shelf. Be vigilant. Clicks is a ****. So much for "YOU PAY LESS AT CLICKS"

Good day I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from Debt Rescue. Despite being a diligent client who has never defaulted on a payment since enrolling in debt review, I have experienced subpar service that has not met my expectations. Specifically, I have encountered the following issues: 1. Unpaid creditors: Despite my timely payments, creditors have not received payments since June 2023. 2. Lack of follow-up: Debt Rescue has failed to follow up on outstanding amounts on my accounts. 3. No request for paid-up letters: Debt Rescue has not requested paid-up letters for accounts that they claim have been paid up, justifying the non-payments on accounts since June 2023. I have now been handed over to lawyers due to these non payments. I request that these matters be rectified as soon as possible. I expect a higher level of service, especially considering I am paying for debt review. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the actions you will take to address these issues.
Be extra vigilant when purchasing from Clicks Brookside and Scottsville mall. Pricing on the shelves DO NOT MATCH PRICES AT THE TILL. It's always more. Systems are never updated with specials and discounts.
The absolute worst online service. Ordered a shoe online and once received place i had sent and email 2 days later to request a return. One month later and still do response. Then i ordered a size 7.5 online. Box is correct but the shoe is a size 5.5. Emailed, no response, called the number on their website and it seems to be out of order. Disgusting customer service.
