This is the worst digital wallet. I have US$ sitting in Paypal and cannot get access to my funds. I cannot login to Paypal and have emailed them several times to no avail.
I ordered on the 26th September 2023 and still haven't received my goods. I tried calling their courier service 3 times but they cut my call off. How do I get my money back? Not impressed at all

I have been with Absa for many years. In the passed 3 years my online banking keeps being accessed. In the last 3 weeks it has happened twice, after changing passwords etc....No one at Absa can give me an explanation. Very concerning.
Sweepsouth did contact me regarding the theft in my house. Much appreciated, although it doesn't get my money back. I was assured the incident would be investigated and that Sweepsouth would get back to me. I await their response.
I have used Sweepsouth on 3 different occasions with 3 different females. Their website starts off by ensuring you trustworthy, reliable staff to clean your home. Do not believe a word they say. Not one of these girls were trained, and one of them is a thief!! I had money in a wallet, under a few items in my bedside drawer. The money has gone. It was there in December and since then, I have only used Sweepsouth. I emailed my complaint with no response. I emailed a second time, and got a response, ensuring me of a phone call on Monday. Tuesday is halfway thru’ and not a peep. Be careful using this company
This company is a living nightmare run by Michelle and her husband. They charge you an exorbitant rate to collect documents for you from Home Affairs. They are very quick to take your money and then you never hear from them again. Once they have your money, they block your calls and you don't hear from them again. I read another review from someone saying they have changed their name. All we have is a cell number. Down right theft. Kama is a ***** Michelle!!!!!!
I recently updated my authorization number and received the most efficient service from Brave Nyirenda. His assistance was excellent, keeping me informed and constant updates. I was mostly impressed that he answered my emails so promptly. Keep up the great work Brave. You do your company proud
