My uncle passed on and on his cover he had a car hire option,when we went to make a claim we were advised that we have an option for exchanging the car hire option for cash if we don't need the car and we took the advise. After that covid lock down happened and a lot happened but later on when we went again the lady that was assisting us was very rude and we never got to claim this money till today .
I made A cellphone claim with FINRITE and I was given an account number and reference to pay the access amount to unfortunately when my wife made a deposit she used branch code as a reference instead of the reference that was provided .I communicated this with FINRITE and they promised me their finance department will pay me back as I made another deposit with the correct reference to their account but two years down the line they never refunded me.
I wrote a review about finrite administrators here a week ago and they quickly responded by saying one of their administrators will call me and till today im still waiting for their call
Finrite is a scam Im insured by finrite administrators for my two cellphone contracts with Telkom. In March 2020 i lost a phone and i processed a claim with Finrite and after a long time i was advised to pay an excess amount of 1559.00. While my partner was paying the excess she mistakenly used their branch code as reference instead of using our claim number as reference. They ddnt bother calling us but after a long time we called them and they told us they ddnt get them, on their system they picking up a different amount and they will escalate the matter to finance. While we still waiting for their feedback we decided to pay and use the correct reference cos they told us that they wont process our claim with wrong reference and reclaiming the money might take long. Again after a long time we called them and they said they got the money and they will process the claim. When we called them they said they giving us a P20 pro and when we compare the excess that they asked us to pay to the value of the phone they want to give us it ddnt make sense. Eventually we agreed to the phone as we were not getting any help from them but still today, 6 months later we ddnt get the phone and the initial excess that we paid. They keep telling us they referred the matter of the money to their finance and processed the claim but nothing. This company is fraud
Outsurance called me several times asking me to do an insurance quote with promising that if they can't beat my existing insurance they will reward me with R800 which they never did but couldn't beat my insurance. The last quote I did with them was last with them was last year between October and December.
