I hv had bought 2 pairs on sale at R4300 on 6 August 25. Before i wore the heels i took them for sole attachments as a protective measure as the original sole is very thin. Nothing else done on the tip/heel itself. I wore the heel the 3rd time on monday and it broke in half. Then i went to the store in Menlyn where i bought them and the lady manager (white female) gave me an attitide from the onset. But i was eventually told to email customer care, and i dd only to request reoairs not refund or replacement. Today i recieve a response that nothing can be done coz the shoe is modified. Mind you the shoe is brocken on the heel and not the sole where a patch was placed. Im disgruntled. Coz what do u mean the store cant assist on a R3k shoe while i am a loyal customer and with such high quality expensive shoes. U lost me as a customer shame. Poor service and gross customer service from your store manager

Disgruntled by Kingprice treatment towards me. I have been their client since 2023. I have my car, household and cellphone with them. I had an approved claim for glass Nov last year and i could not attend until it lapsed in 90 days. I wwnt back lasy week and request to reopen. They sent email requesting reasons i could not comply. I indicated i had mental health issues and i had rellocate and I was not in a right state of mind to attend to it. I have not been getting joy with the follow ups and only to be told this morning that the claim has been cancelled. Without them informing me in writing or a courtesy call. I had to call them myself. Mind you i am paying close to R4000 per month for this.

This is standard procedure from the licensing office, to basically force citizens to pay their debts. I am not happy with the service and treatment pmd is giving me. On 15 march had an accident and i lodged the claim the next day on 16 March. I waited for 15 days in total for them to validate my claim and was approved and i was told it will take only a day o r 2 to finalise the assessment on the car and finalise the claim. I was informed on 4th April that claim is approved and it will take only a day or two to decide on the ways forward. Its now the 10 day since the call and im sent from pillar to post. The last communication from the insurer is that they assessor is now sick and will only be back on monday. While i had spoke to this Angelo earlier today and he sounded fine to me and he told me that the quote will be ready by 10am today. I was also told by Angelo that the engine was damaged and that the car is not drivable. Just after 2pm the insurer tells me Angelo is off sick and will be back on monday for the quote. Im am now sittng here 10 days later without a car and dsnt know when will i be sorted out. In total now its 25 days without a conclusion on this claim. Im requesting that u assist in resolving this matter Regards Tula Bekwa
