Logged a query via their website to change contact details on Sunday, was resolved before 8am Monday morning. Fantastic service from Kovilan.
**** ARTISTS!!!!! Purchased something small, since then been taking money off my account monthly, stating it is a monthly subscription. I made sure to cancel it and have proof of the cancellation, again they took money off my account! They just say well sorry for you, it's now cancelled, even though I had cancelled it more than a month ago. They take these small amounts, with the hopes that people won't notice... Well, I noticed, BUT still they refuse to refund the money that they took *******ly... This now means that i have to cancel my bank card and order a new one at the cost of R150 just to make sure these ****mers can't take money from me ever again!
Do not trust this site!!! anedea.com - They deduct money from your account twice. One thorugh Funboxy.com and one through Multisunbox.com - You do not receive an order number or an e-mail confirming your order. You just receive mails with a password for both the above website. They say they cannot refund you for the double deduction and they also have no record of your so-called order. After logging in, I then realised that somehow they had automatically subscribed me on BOTH sites for $14 every 2 weeks subscription. Thank goodness I cought it in time and cancelled it. Hopefully they won't be able to deduct more money from my account. Just to clear things up, I never went onto either one of the sites mentioned above, only to anedea.com to purchase a small item.
