Fnb must be the worst bank to open a bussiness account with every transaction so far there has been problems. Always on the phone with them and they take forever to come back to you if they have to call you back. Never in my life have i received such poor service from a bank. Closing my account and moving to another bank
Hi we have submitted a cancellation form on the 2nd of November 2017 for our landline and adsl and after numorous emails back and forth this line is still active and Telkom is still billing as every month. I have called several times and have to email the cancellation form every time to someone else and have been at Telkom for assistance but even with the forms send from their side we still have no feedback on whether they are given attension to this matter
