They ran away with our TV. They claim to fix the TVs but they are lying! They are ******* who rob unsuspecting innocent people of their TVs. Our TV has been gone since April 2023. Now their phones don't go through. They are untraceable, because their numbers are not RICA'd. ****MERS!

Late / Wrong Delivery
I ordered something for my friend's birthday on the 8th Feb.2018 to be delivered SAME DAY, instead a wrong order was delivered the following day - 9 Feb. I called immediately (of which I waited for 20 minutes to get through) to notify that the order received was wrong. Finally, an agent answered the phone. He promised and assured me that the order will be sorted out immediately and the right order will be delivered the same day - 9 Feb. Well, It was not! Till today - 12 Feb, its not here and its almost the end of the day. I emailed, there is no response, instead I got an auto reply! Mxm! I must say that I am totally disappointed by this! It is my first time using this Netflorist store and I'm welcomed by this POOR service! I bought the gift for someone special, to make her day special, (also because it said it will be delivered same day), but I could not, because of this poor services. Netflorist , this is really to express my dissatisfaction with your services and hope you will help remedy the situation. I am hoping that my order will eventually be delivered or I will be refunded!!!!!! Dissatisfied!!!
