I am a little frustrated with Healing Hands. When you email them regarding a matter that is not an exam booking, they take days, if not weeks, to reply. I have emailed them a couple of times regarding changing subjects. I am still waiting for a response. However, email them to book an exam, and they are quick to respond with a request for payment. I also do find the course material lacking. I have a friend in the banking industry who advised, for example, that some of the material in the business course is no longer relevant. Also, the counseling course material reads like it comes from the 90's. And I truly am sceptical about the Nutrition material. How regularly is the material updated with current trends/information/research? Please, can I just request someone to reply to my question as to whether I can change my current subjects? Regards
This will be the second time that I am posting to Hello Peter after two emails directly to the company. My issue has not been resolved yet, and Food Lovers Market has decided to ignore me after a feeble attempt at a response to my initial email to them. Let us see if they respond to this.
We recently bought a product from Food Lovers Market. Suffice to say we were not that happy with it, thus I sent a complaint on their website. They did reply, but that did not resolve my query. I sent another email, however they have decided to ignore me. I do wonder if they are going to respond to this though. I am not one for complaining, but this is now a matter of principle.
I generally do not complain, but I feel this requires attention. The other night my friend and I wanted to purchase some food from Fish Tales, Sunridge, Port Elizabeth. The door was open, thus I walked in. The lady cleaning the floor just looked and said 'we're closed'. I apologised and wanted to close the door, to which she replied 'no, leave open'. My friend sent the complaints department an email explaining the situation and that we were there before 20h00, as they close at 20h00. The person responsible replied to him, stating that according to CCTV footage, we were there after 20h00. He then stated that he found our complaint dissapointing towards their establishment. I can understand that we were there after 20h00, as they have proof. However, the attitude of both the staff and the person replying I will not stand for. I gave a rating of one as there is no zero rating.
