I have been a loyal ackermans customer and account holder for the past 8years, in those 8years I have used my card at Ackermans mahube for 7 of those years, it was since last friday when I recieved the worst customer service at an Ackermans, I went to Ackermans Mams mall looking for a green t-shirt and got it in store, but when i got to the till the lady said she could not sell it to me and I told the lady I needed the t-shirt and she crabbed it from be and tore the tag and said she will not sell it to me. I was so upset I did not want to cause a seen and left, but I was not happy with the service I received, it was not my fault that they left it in store when they should have packed all the summer clothes. I did not get the rude lady's name but she had an unusual hair cut.
i have cancelled my contract and was told i owed nothing on the contract, but each time i call to request a paid up letter no one seems to know anything, i have called over 20times, a woman by the name of Palesa Nhlapo confirmed my cancellation but since 2020 April there has no reply to my emails and her calls go to voicemail, this is affect my Credit record and no one has the ***** to assist, i am so tired of calling and not getting assistance. CAN I PLEASE HAVE A PAID UP LETTER
this company scammed me R850.00 and never delivered any service, please either apply for uif online or go the the offices, STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE www.uifsimplicity.co.za
I have written here so many times and yet no answers, i have been taken from pillar post, labour department has all documents and are ready to make payment but say the labour department in malboro have locked my account with no reason i have written to Robina Mostert who have seem to ignore my emails for the past 5yrs, now I Can not be assisted and i am far from Malboro, this office is incompetent and have failed to make notes on the system for someone who knows thier job to assist me
Still no reply, so I must just take it that no one is competent to resolve this, ombudsman is the next step, I don't need this for the next time I have a child, I would never suggest UIF Simplicity to anyone, if you can wait for more than 4months for payments you can surely go to UIF offices and not waste R850.00 for a service you will not recieve.
It is so upsetting to be ignored and taken from.pillar to to post with no answers, 5yrs ago I applied for my maternity benefits and only got 1 payment, there was a signature issue and I was advised by a lady called Robina mostert to go back.to the offices and sign, which I did 4 times each time being rejected, can you imagine not getting your salary for 4months and having to waste petrol with no assistance, So it seems history is gona repeat it self, I applied again when my baby was only a month, now his 6months old, still no communication no assistance, I wrote to Robina again but guess what just like 5yrs ago im ignored, they say my case is with head of the finance department by the name of Anita, its been over a month with nothing. What do you do when the heads of department doesn't assist, who do you report to, I pay UIF every month, but when I need the services insint get them, and the people on top dont care to assist!
The worse service ever, they say they are Uif simplicity but there is nothing simple about this, you get so many emails before you pay the registration, but after your pay R850.00 you are the one who need to beg them for information, I would not advice anyone to use this service, my things were submitted in Jan and I'm already back at work, they have a turn around of 35 days but I am still waiting, if you know how to access uif online and scan the documents please do it yourself, its the same thing as waiting in line. For the past 2 months they kept saying no there is a backlog but only to.find out they did not submit the correct documents, I had to do it myself, what a waste of my R850.00 I could've bought my child milk while I waited for Uif, I constantly have to email a lady by the name of Micheala and I must say she seems clueless
I had made an online order on the 30th of September and was advised it will only take 5days to be delivered, on the 5 i asked the order ro be cancelled, and i was advised i would be charges for delivery fees, only to find out the order was only picked up on the 8th of October, pay back my money
5days later and a manager or supervisor has not got back to.me, no communication from the business, after a consultant said they will get someone on my issue
My account was in arrears and I had called to make request for settlement/termination amount which I was give R1447.16 and made a debit order arrangement for the amount to be debit from my account, come debit order date the amount was not debited and when I call to enquire the consultant tells me the guy I had spoke to previously didnt know what they were talking about and he was still in training and confused. I am willing to pay the amount I had agreed to CAN SOMEONE RESOLVE THIS AND STOP PUTTING INCOMPETENT PEOPLE IN UOUR CALL CENTRES
