I paid them R3950 and they have been promising to deliver, but nothing received. When I called to complain, they were rude and asked for my bank details, purporting to refund me. Further, they went on and on saying I think I am special because I am a doctor, something that has zero to do with their lack of delivery. When it was time to refund me, they started coming up with stories. These are some of their messages: "Please send me your banking details so we can cancel and you can get it from down the road". Once they received the bank details, a barrage of texts came through, as sampled here: "I have processed it, you will receive the credit note which you will need to sign and send it back with the bank details attached" followed by "maybe it's best you collect the funds from the office" followed by "Just like every one else who follows a refund procedure, so will you. You are not special my dear " followed by "You sound stupid as you text. Go drink water. And wait for the credit note. I'm not here to sit and entertain you cause you bored". The long and short of it, no bricks were delivered and no money was refunded. I guess they are ****mers.
This company was contracted in early 2023 to install my gate automation and access control (intercom). They did an installation which kept having problems. Even when they fixed some things, the intercom remained un-operational, yet they had been paid over R30k in full. They came to fetch the intercom with the view of taking it back for fixing. They disappeared with it. When I opened a case of theft, they promised to come and install, yet never did. They have zero understanding of the importance of integrity especially when dealing with issues of home security. Over a year later, I still do not have an intercom system, yet I paid for it. Use them at your own risk!!
They installed **** Canadian panels and even those were installed incorrectly. They also tried to issue a **** CoC, but I was able to verify before they left. They did not install a BMS cable so I pay more now with a solar system than I did before because of lack of communication between an inverter and the battery. The installation was done on the 3rd of January in Sandton, but up to now June 2023 they have been promising to come and fix, but nothing. I now have to overhaul the system and invest in a system with people who know what they are doing. I will open a case as well for misrepresentation and counterfeit goods.
On the 6th of May 2021, I paid R21 196 towards furniture and delivery. This was to be delivered by the end of May. To this date (9th Feb 2023), the furniture has not been delivered and I have been blocked from being able to communicate with them. The address written on their invoice also does not exist.
Bought and paid R22 000 for couches in May 2021, it is 21 Nov 2022 and there has never been any delivery and they are dodging all communication. Pay them only if you just want to donate your money.
