Had an extremely bad experience at this dealership with my service. My vehicle was given back with a cracked front windscreen. Even though the service manager knew about it my car was delivered without informing me. I had to discover the crack as i was leaving the dealership. Upon going back to find out more about how the crack happened, there was a total unwillingness take ownership for the crack and blame was just passed onto me. I found the response to my questions completely lacking, upon trying to find out why i was not informed about the crack upon taking delivery of the vehicle i was told by the service manager she had a very busy day.
Ive been to cancell my contract since end of May already. I contacted the call centre, sent numerous emails to retentions@mtn.co.za and every month i keep on getting billed for a cancellation request sent off months already. What else must i do to get out my contract???
Hi Specifically ordered a valentines delivery and placed my order on the 12th of Feb for delivery the 14th. I follow up midday on the 14th as no delivery was done yet and upon for ages for a call centre agent i'm told that the order is placed for delivery on the 15th!!!! This is pathetic !! Stay away from this company!
