KFC Linksfield , has to be the worst KFC and Drive through in the country!! Their staff are really disorganized and they constantly have no stock. If you go there anytime there are multiple cars waiting in the parking from the drive through. As an example I went on Sunday, for the last time I might add, and ordered Dunked Wings which I was told would take an extra 10 mins , so I said ok we will wait AGAIN! Then I ordered a 9 piece bucket and could they make sure some of the pieces were legs. Well i was told this would take 20 mins if I wanted legs!! Then I tried to order a Oreo Crusher but was told there is no ice cream!! Honestly the delays or no stock is probably the 5th or 6th time this has happened to me at the same KFC. Its totally unacceptable, I would avoid it if you can.

We bought Inverters and batteries from them with a 1 year warranty. and were told we would get between 3-6 hours backup depending on load. We never got more than 3 hours and after 6 months the batteries had deteriorated to only 45 mins back up. After approaching them with the problem they blamed load shedding and refused even after testing the batteries (Which they said were fine) to replace or credit under warranty. We then sent the batteries for independent testing and the independent partner told us the batteries were faulty!! So we were lied to on top of it. I would highly recommend to avoid this company as they are promoting false benefits as well as selling below standard of faulty products
#ToyotaSA, #Toyota, #ConsumerCouncil, #ToyotaFortuner, #Dontbuyafortuner, #LawSupport, #LegalRights, #Fortunerowners My Nightmare began after approx. 9000kms had been done where a rapid shuddering could be felt through the floor boards as well as through the steering wheel. I took the car to Bedfordview Toyota where I bought it and immediately did a test drive with the technician who also identified the problem. They kept the car for a few days saying they had resolved the problem by rotating the tires. I fetched the car and immediately felt the problem still existed. I then returned the car a few days later as there was not even an offer to fetch the car due to the ongoing fault but a request of “Bring it in when you can Sir and we will have another look”. I did so and was then patiently waited a few more days till I was told they couldn’t resolve the problem so they were sending the car in to Dunlop Technical center as Toyota believed it was the tires faulty. After Dunlop sent it back saying it was not the tires fault, they decided to rotate and balance the tires again and was reassured the problem was rectified, and to fetch the vehicle. Which I did, and immediately realised the fault was not rectified. I was the told again…” Bring the vehicle in again at my leisure. They then called me and said the they had put new rims on and Michelin tires and the problem was resolved. Failing to mention to me that I was now disadvantaged because the Michelin tires are less of an off-road tire as the original Dunlop’s but hey that doesn’t matter as when I brought this up I was told don’t worry it’s a better on-road tire. Well then why did I buy a 4X4. To cut a painful and long story short, I was away over November and December and decided to live with the now intermittent fault till January and return the car for another patient shot at getting the problem resolved. There car went in for its 20 000 kms service, shortly after another attempt where I was told they again replaced and rotated, but still intermittently existed. When I received the car back from the service the original violent shudder had returned which angered me into thinking they had simply just hidden the problem as much as they could. After it being back again now and being told it was the fault of their wheel balancing machine, the problem was back to intermittent but still noticeable. I was told guess what ……...? Well guessed, bring it in again sir and we will test drive it with you. Well on the drive the “intermittent problem” didn’t show up and as far as Bedfordview Toyota’s stance goes the problem is resolved and I should take it higher as it is now out of their hands. Well what I failed to mention yet is that I did take it higher and contacted Toyota SA and got Tshego Sithole on case Ref ********** 53 Shudder Concern. He simply referred me back to the dealership. So much for raising it higher. Tshego took 5 days to respond to me and now after asking to escalate it has not responded for 9 days! Are there any other New Fortuner owners out there with the same intermittent or shudder as mine? Who can help me or advise me how to receive the Consumer Rights I deserve, what is my recourse, how do I get the result I deserve? I am at my wits end!!
