One star is a compliment. Phones are not answered. They were 20 mins late for pick-up after several calls. They parked the car outside in the sun for 7 days (I checked the cameras recordings). They were almost an hour late delivering the car and **** as to when the driver will be at drop off(verified with camera footage showing the car had not moved untill the 4th telephone call). Only upon informing them that I must report the car as ****** as they cannot produce it, was there action. You use this inept business at your own peril. Best to give them a wide berth. I had dealings with a mr Durie afterwards. Very unprofessional!
How on earth does one get this business to respond to customer complaints? I have ordered online and goods are simply not delivered. They simply ignore all communications.
How on earth can one get service? There are no e-mail addresses - just 'online' e-mailing, to which there is no response. Samsung shops like Tiger Valley does not answer the phone. Canal Walk does not have stock and don't know the price, and that is as far as they are willing to go. Online chat was just as disinterested , supplying me with a number to dial - ********** . It shows "Huawei Shop" when dialing, but no answer either. Other than that, one is stuck. All I need is a replacement strap for a Gear Fit 2! Maybe someone bothers to contact me and assist?
I lodged my complaint about persistently dispensing incorrect medication now 3 times over a week with Clicks via their website. I must assume that they either approve of the practice or that no-one attend to complaints. Strangely, every time one gets an automated e mail saying the complaint will receive attention, but it never does.
