I have been using this Cellular Network my whole entire life, just back from 2-years ago I noticed that Vodacom, steals airtime so I monitor my airtime before I call anyone and after the call. On Thursday, I had left R42 of airtime, wake up Friday, R0. I called in on Friday, the consultant (Shile), said they are network issues but he said, my airtime will be refunded. I waited, waited.....and waited, until today, nothing. I called them in the morning, now other consultant (Asa), tells me a different story that I bought a fake data that I was not notified if it depleted or not.... Vodacom, stole my airtime due to fake data purchases been advertised that we buy and don't exist. Now, I have to live in terror when I buy airtime and data, because Vodacom will steal.
