2 shwarmas and chips 1 hour waiting time! Had to pay our bolt tripple the amount because of waiting time. How does it tak an hour?!!! Food was soggy and not cooked properly. Service is the worst i have ever seen. Its beyond me that it could take that long, be under cooked and ther were not busy at all.
I was notified i would get feedback today, once again no emails, no notifications nothing. If you want feedback you have to go on here to get it
I previously wrote an email, after witch i was contacted within minutes. I wasn't happy with the fact that it is impossible to get a hold of them and if you do, you do not get answers, just waiting periods. NOW it seems like its starting all over again, i received email after email stating waiting periods, i have waited more than 6 weeks now and according to them the waiting period after previous waiting periods is 4-6 weeks. I asked for any communication as to what is going on and or any progress. Now it seems like, again i am being ignored, as i don't receive any kind of feedback again, only one automatic email stating i have to wait 2-3 Business days for them to get back to me. I honestly cannot understand how anyone could be okay with this. i keep asking. if they need anything from me to please let me know, but i am, yet again being ignored. Really not sure what to do at this point, all i can do is just leave this here and other people will either choose another company or Alexander Forbes will look at this and maybe improve
We had to get a ride to work, we had a promo of 25%. The driver accepted the ride but left us in the cold and late for work after he found out that we had 25% off. He simply said that we should find another ride. This is not the first time this happened and it gives the idea that drivers doesn't care and this is not taken seriously. It feels that they don't realize how serious it is when they do this as i could have been fired because he made me late for work, on a previous ride when the same thing happened the driver left us in a very unsafe area when he found out we have a discount. i always give drivers a fair or big tip when they give me a ride, i don't see why it is a issue with the discount. BOLT ONLY RESPONDS WITH COMPLAINTS WITH A CHATBOT AND COMPLAINTS ISN'T TAKEN SERIOUSLY.
i have been struggling with a claim for my deceased father for more than a year. i am sending them email after email, at first with a response that they will get back to me within 2 to 3 working days and i haven't received any response in months. i have called and they gave me new email addresses to send my queries to with no response from them either. It has come to a point now where they simply just ignore me now.
Telekom under Cell Direct called me 5 days in a row for me to upgrade my contracts. After the 5th time of me telling them I wanted to upgrade all 3 my contracts at once (my latest not being ready for new upgrade yet) the person I spoke to that day, said I could upgrade all 3 including the latest. They said I was going to receive a smart watch with one of my devices. The day of delivery, I received only 2 devices (2 contracts was upgraded) I did not receive a smart watch and they did not send my 3rd device. After 5 days of calling them to resolve my issue, a manager finally called, and like every other agent I spoke to, avoided the conversation on my 3rd contract. And said I was never to receive any smart watch. After everything, he said he will send the recording to me, where I didn't agree to the smart watch, and after me, repeating myself for the 10th time about the the 3rd contract, he cut out, the call was ended and I didn't receive any feedback again. Not even the recording. THIS IS UNFORTUNATE AND UNBELIEVABLE.!!! If Cell Direct contacts you, don't fall for it!! They scam you!!! Calls recorded are USELESS!!!! WISH I COULD GIVE A RATING OF MINUS 10!
I wish i could give a rating of minus 100 stars at this point It srarted wit telkom phoning me telling me about this amazing deal where i get 10gb data among other deals with a phone for R179 per month. At first i didn't really want to say yes butvthe 10gb ill get for the first 3 months sounded great so i took it. When the firs day arrived whereby i would receive all my bundles including the 10gb i was existed about all came but the 10gb. I phoned the first time to ask what was going on. They opened a case for me the 8th of feb. I received a case number and everything. Avout a week later i received a call whereby they told me my case is resolved and my data will be allocated to me within 24hours. After more than 24 hours i received nothing. I called again the person i spoke to told me no the waiting period is 48 hours but they will exallerate the case. After 48hours i phoned again because again nothing they told me they will speak toe the person in carge and he will take it further this was on Saturday the 17th of feb. The person said it will be resolved end of business day by 5pm. I waited and again nothing! I phoned yet again and i was told by another person that the department in charge of data allocation does not work weekends. This was after someone told me 2 hours before that the took it to the manager and it will be resolved by the end of the day. Im still waiting for my data all that was done is them telling me they will exallerate my case. I couldn't do anything else about this and all i felt i could do now is to just tell my story so that no one else falls for thier false claims and promises because the are really unhelpful and makes up a different story every time. This is the worst service i have ever had! I atleast hope they will see this and some there will be atleast some consequences. Hope no one else falls into the trap!
