As a traveler with “frequent traveler status”, one of the benefits under the program include priority boarding. The staff at OR Tambo International Airport have no clue about this. Not even the supervisor was aware of this when I asked to board with economy premium passengers on flight LH 573 on 26 June 2025
Bought La Roche Posay from Dis-Chem online when they were on sale. Received an email offering me the option to get a refund or wait until the product is in stock & I selected the option to wait. Later received an email to collect my order only to find that some products will not be delivered. My funds will not be refunded either. I can only use my funds as a credit to purchase something else from the store.

Their customer care line , 0860 998 877, is useless. They ask for me to select options, which I do, & the operator keeps saying I haven’t selected an option. So how should we get assistance when this happens?
I made a booking and they said I would receive a confirmation email. That email never came through. The reference doesn't even exist. You can't even speak to a consultant because they use bots, and the options available don't cater for my problem.

Rather order from Takealot. Don't even waste your time with these people. I ordered a waffle-maker and they delivered a broken one. Sent it back for an exchange and would receive emails about failed delivery attempts. This occurred countless times, and each time I reached out to them informing them that no call was received from the courier about plans to deliver. I even gave them alternative number to give to the courier company. I eventually gave up and requested a refund and they want to keep a 15% penalty because I am no longer willing to deal with their poor service. That is just not fair. I want my entire funds back.
Don’t join Telkom mobile. I bought 2 gigs of data two times today and each time, I lost a gig within an hour not doing anything hectic on my phone. I have no background apps running. I called the customer care service on 081180 and the system of down.
Worst online store! I always have trouble with these people. This time they delivered only one item of my order, and it’s 2 days later than what they promised. There was no communication as to why they’re late. The other item has not even been shipped.
I bought a power bank and had to return it due to a defect. The agent who contacted me was refusing to exchange it because the item returned was apparently missing the charging cord. I told him I don’t remember the item coming with the cord. I asked him/her to check product description of an identical product on their side and he/she was adamant that what I was saying was not true. I had to send a photo of the leaflet that came with the product which clearly stated the product does not include a cable. When the agent realized his mistake, he didn’t even apologize. What’s even more disappointing is that the company gives you less than 2 days to rate the service, so I was unable to rate the agent. I’m absolutely disappointed!
