Handbag and luggage shop is the worst ever online shop. I order a bag on the 29th of October 2025 and update there is no order tracing nor delivery. I tried engaging them via WhatsApp and emails but the order remains undelivered and untraceable.
After 15 days of trying to get Cartrack to de-install my tracking device from the old vehicle and re-installing on the new vehicle,cartrack has failed dismissally and it is horrible that their sales consultant are as rude. It is a nightmare to have any contract with cartrack because all they care about is money but fail to deliver proper service
I had a tracking device with cartrack for 1year ,3months and I sold my car and bought a new one. For 10days I have been asking cartrack to remove my tracker from the old car to the new car since my device is a contract one,but they failed to deliver for the past days. Now I asked them to cancellation the contract due to the failure to deliver on the part. Then they are now bombarding me with threat that I must pay them cancellation fee whereas I cancelled due to the none performance on their part.
In 2017 I bought nissan np200 from nissan nelspruit and I State that I want a car with air-conditioner but I sold one without air-conditioner and when I try to Return the car back I was told my issue will be attended to within 5days but after 5days I was told that I apply for a car without air-conditioner
