Handbag and Luggage not to be trusted
Handbag and luggage shop is the worst ever online shop. I order a bag on the 29th of October 2025 and update there is no order tracing nor delivery. I tried engaging them via WhatsApp and emails but the order remains undelivered and untraceable.

Happy customer right here. With my tight budget and looking for luggage to travel in a months time, I came across this shop online. I am very impressed with the quality and size of the bag. And the delivery was quite swift and fast. Cant wait to embark on my travelling journeys with these luggage bags

Handbag and Luggage company is tops!
With both a limited budget and time, we were urgently searching for sturdy, affordable luggage for long-haul flights across three countries. The list of options - including "big name companies" and the usual "big name" online warehouses had many options, but no personalised service. We approached Facebook group, The Village, for recommendations. One of the members suggested Handbag and Luggage, a Cape Town-based, family-owned company. We love supporting local, and contacted Zaeem and his team. From first enquiry to safe delivery of our beautiful luggage, customer service is clearly king at this company. Zaeem and his team were prompt and professional throughout, marrying efficiency with a personal touch. We were given solid advice, received real-time information, and the team was happy to work within our budget. wouldn't recommend anywhere else to shop for luggage. These guys are top notch, and I would recommend them again and again.

No questions asked warranty upheld - excellent service!
A huge shoutout to Handbag & Luggage in Access park, Kenilworth. We brought in a So Fly branded suitcase that we had bought last year that had torn on the inside. We didn't hold high hopes that they would uphold the 5-year warranty they guaranteed us when we bought the bag - but absolutely no questions asked - they exchanged it for a new one very happily. Happy customers - this will be our go-to luggage store in the future.

Empty promises
would like to log a complain with Handbag & Luggage access park in Kenilworth. I bought what so call a leather laptop bag for R3,300 in August. Within two month was broken. I have return the bag in November since then I have been following up no joy lastly today when I call they just ignore me continue talking to themselves while waiting on the phone until I drop. When I call back they just not picking up the phone. Their number is 021 671 7226 repair number is 4328 Hope I get assistance

Shocking customer service
<p>Want to mention the SHOCKING customer service we got at HandBag & Luggage- long story short- bought a bag that was pretty close to pieces after a three month trip - ripped side and wheels stopped rolling (had to actually carry the 24kg bag on my own)- we took the bag in and they said sorry the bags warranty was over- so then took the bag to another store that fixed it for R600/ then finding out our bag actually is under warranty for 5 years . </p> <p> </p> <p>We went back in and they said no one here would have said that and sent us back and forward to the store that fixed the bag.. To sum up they are not refunding us and never once apologised about giving us the wrong information - we wouldn't have spent that money if we were told the bag was still on warranty.. He then asnwered a phone call. After telling him this is shocking service and I will make sure to let people know about this, he told me I can do so as the shop has been running for 15 years .. Never again</p>
