I have been complaining about the failure of Takealot to return my item that was sent back for exchange. They keep taking me in circles and it is 2 months now. I have requested a refund but nothing is happening. I am really torn with their service
I ordered a sneaker on Takealot in Oct 2020. When i received my parcel, i put on 1 shoe to check the fit only to find out that the make was too tight. I logged a return to on 04/11/2020 and by 09/11/2020 my return was declined on claims that i had used the item. I found this rather unfair. Its been over a month and i still have not received my item back. Takealot is unprofessional and I am never buying there again!!!
I'm so disappointed in the service of Takealot. After being such a loyal customer for so long I feel I was mistreated. Ordered a sneaker for my husband, he fitted 1 shoe and it was too tight. Immediately I returned it and they told me the shoe was used they can't accept it. Exactly how are you to know something doesn't fit you unless you try it. I'm never using this app again, even deleted it!
I was charged double the price yet the receipt showed a different price. I complained to the managers but nothing was ever done to resolve the situation! I'm so disappointed
I lost medical aid card when I was mugged so I have been using my membership certifate while I wait for my new card. I have not had any problems until Dr Lategan refuses to see me even though my medical aid had confirmed I had funds. He was rude and I personally believe he is racist.
This company had agents on the streets stopping people and falsely telling them they check your bank card if its real or not and when they insert the card in the machine you are automatically joined for the cover. Without your knowledge and consent, your bank account gets debited every month with their fees
Not happy at all had to stand in a line over an hour just waiting to be assisted with proof of payment.
