CF Towing
This is the most terrible towing company one can ever come across. CF Towing was called out by my insurer Dotsure to come and assist me. I drove in to a pothole at 19h43pm that damaged the left front passenger tyre. I then called my insurance for Roadside assistance and they sent out AA assist me of which they came out to change the tyre to the spare. I went back to where the incident happened to take some pictures but due to the rain the holes was filled up. On my way back home the spare deflated. I drove to my nearest garage to have the tyre aired. When I got to the garage the spare was damaged. I called my insurance 21h00pm to have me towed of which they sent out CF Towing. CF Towing took 2 and a half hours to come and tow my car. I had to wait for until 23h00pm for them to tow me. Sies. I'd rather swim in the air than to use them again.

Unprofessional and poor service
My insurance used them as a subcontractor and there is not much to say about their service. - Unprofessional and poor service - Made excuses for being late despite commiting to the given time by my insurance company to secure the job - Flat bed truck was in a poor condition and was leaking oil all over the complex parking lot

Poor service
I was charged double the price yet the receipt showed a different price. I complained to the managers but nothing was ever done to resolve the situation! I'm so disappointed

Towing Nightmare
CF Towing was sent out by the insurance company to assist us with a vehicle breakdown. As it was after hours they took the car to their yard while we made an appointment early the next morning (7.30 am) with a workshop to take the car in. We informed C F Towing and they promised to take the car in immediately. A week later i phoned the workshop to find out why ti took so long, as it was a day or two at the most to fix the car. And we only have one other car to get two of us to work. The workshop never received our vehicle, but it was parked in C F Towing's yard for more than a week. It took us two days to get hold of C F Towing, as they simply would not answer their phones. Eventually after we had phoned the insurance company there was some response and the car was taken to the workshop more than a week later.

Despicable thieves.
Stay away from this business, do not let them tow your car. They are refusing to pay me after selling my car of which was in an accident and and towed by them. The deal was made and papers signed, keys handed over and when we inquired about the payment, The owner Gys straight out said "I will not and am not paying you - take me to court."

False information
They do not want to release my car after giving me a quote. And claim that it is not my car. They stripped the car before we got there. Accident happend Saturday night and we came Monday afternoon because they are closed weekends.
