I am extremely frustrated with the recent experience I had at your Russels Eersteriver store. On Saturday, 30/11/2024, I was offered a Restonic Bazaruto 152cm Queen Bed at R6499, along with a free air fryer, by your sales consultant, Colin. After making the necessary arrangements, including taking out a loan, I returned to the store the following day, Sunday, 01/12/2024, to complete my purchase. Upon arrival, the price was still displayed on the floor. However, Colin informed me that the promotion was no longer available as the bed was out of stock, yet he advised that I could still purchase the bed at the full price, as they now had stock. Confused by the inconsistency, I proceeded to place an order online, as the promotion was still available on your website. However, I noticed that the free air fryer was not added to my order, despite being clearly part of the original offer. I am very disappointed with the conflicting information I received and the lack of transparency. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue and confirmation regarding the air fryer and pricing.
Reposting, becuase Cellc stopped responding to me - I have cancelled my contract and converted my number to prepaid. Upon cancellation I confirmed with numerous agents from the call centre and store that the last debit order would be on 01.07.2022 (which went off). Two weeks after 01 Aug 22, I received a call from a company called MDB attorneys advsing that I have been handed over. Not sure that this is a phishing attempt to get my information, I called Cellc customer service only to be reminded of why I cancelled my service with you in the first place. I have been passed around between prepaid to contract customer service around 12-15 times only to complete the DPA check and then to be told I cannot be helped - wasting hours of my time! I was advised to call through to the legal / collections department (opt 4 on **********) about 5-6 times and the directory informs me that there is some technical difficulty - I should try calling back. AFTER MONTHS NOBODY CAN GIVE ME ANY ANSWERS SO I HAVE DECIDED TO PAY THE ACCOUNT BUT NOW I CANNOT GET ANYONE TO HELP ME GET A PAID UP LETTER!!!!!!!!!! Its been two weeks since I sent the proof of payment to: proofofpayment@cellc.co.za, CustomerService@cellc.co.za and Creditqueries@cellc.co.za - Needless to say that I have called in and none of the call centre agents want to help. I JUST WANT TO PUT THIS BEHIND ME!!!

PLEASE CALL ME BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. I HATE CELL C!
I originally got rain becuase we did not have Fibre available in the complex. I applied and they were very quick and overall I received good reception and customer service until I tried to cancel the contract. I have been trying to cancel my contract for the last 2-3 weeks, making numerous calls in the day but I cannot get through to the cancellations team. That's right, I need to follow up myself. I have been promised call backs but never receive it. Pathetic customer service, but I guess that is what happens when one losses value as a customer?
My insurance used them as a subcontractor and there is not much to say about their service. - Unprofessional and poor service - Made excuses for being late despite commiting to the given time by my insurance company to secure the job - Flat bed truck was in a poor condition and was leaking oil all over the complex parking lot
As a reputable brand in the industry, I do not recommend them to anyone. - They could not diagnose the problem on my vehicle and used one "possible" excuse after the other. - Over the 2.5 months span, I constantly had to call them to follow up on the progress of my vehicle. I even had to contact their supplier to follow up on work that they(the supplier) did not deliver on. - Very frustrating and a waste of my time. - Service: Check engine light diagnostic
Wow! Great service from Ashley and the team! - Very *professional, **trustworthy and ***knowledgable - Clear and constant communication with customer - Quick turn around times - 10/10 for service and work done on my vehicle I plan to use them going forward and recommend them to anyone interested in using their services!

The mechanic they used was very knowledgable, professional and was kind of able to diagnose the general problem I had with my vehicle, but he could not narrow it down or fix it as it was outside of his scope. - Was advised to make another booking and ask for someone to assist with the immobilser of my vehicle. (This was after I already contacted a consultant from Michanic to help me book the service) - Would not recommend the services and will not be using them in the future.
