I was assited by Faseeg Luh. The agent was very professional and efficient. I am very happy with the experience
Cancellation & billing departments unable to communicate. After struggling for weeks to cancel contract by email finally cancelled the contract in Nov last year by phone from a Vodashop. Never received cancellation confirmation which they assured me I would. Luckily cancelled debit order but now they indicate that I'm in arrears. Now cancellelation department can't 'cancel' because of 'arrears'. This is a ridiculous situation crated by these giant companies where you can never get a knowledgeable person to speak to. Pretty sure new consumer legislation makes it illegal for them to make customers lives miserable when trying to cancel a contract. Such poor service, will never take ou a Vodacom contract again. Have to commend the Atterbury Vodashop staff. The only ones really that really tried to help
Excellent products and good personal service. Quick delivery and the lowest delivery charge around
I have never had a worse router than the Pt-link one I use currently. It's constantly offline or non functional. I previously used a cheap Huawei one and decided to try a more expensive one. What an error that was! Even though I have lots of data, I am constantly offline. It is sooo iratating that I always have to cajole it to work.
Thanks so much to Moloko Mathabathe form Discovery Roadside assistance. She helped me when my car battery died at home. In less that 10 minutes I was assited and on the road. Thanks for making my day! Regards, Mari
Great service, thank you Michal
This is a great place to buy PCs. Enormous variety, the ability to choose your exact preferences within models and to upgrade existing PCs. The staff I dealt with were extremely professional and friendly, especially Pieter Prinsloo and the young man welcoming you at the door who's name I unfortunately didn't catch.
FNB employees have contacted me and my own fraud issue is almost resolved. I want to say that I have nothing but praise for all the telephonic, email and personal contact that I've had with employees. They are all professional and extreme helpful. Especially thanks to the staff at Olympus agency and Bongani Khumalo. My issue is however still with the fact that the the banks (I only have knowledge of FNB ATMs but it may be others) are not resolving the issue of the machines being rigged to display confidential information. Its true that if someone takes your card out of your hand or helps you at the machine, the banks are not culpable but I take serious issue with the vulnerability of the machines and the failure of FNB to deal with it - that is their total responsibility I would like a CEO like Lee-Anne Van Zyl to go on record (on radio or other media) that this problem is being sorted out. FNB owes their customers that much at least. Regards Mari U
I called on the 29th of January to end my data contract and pay-as-you-go bundle (2 separate devices). On hearing that the pay-as-you-go could not be cancelled, I agreed to leave that be and just cancel my data contract so my number could be ported to Vodacom. A week later the same person contacted me claiming that it was done. On the 7th and 8th of Feb, Vodacom contacted me because they could still not port the number. When I called again, they were totally unaware of the first request (and the ref number). This consultant did however end my contract successfully. Then on the 14th of feb when I usually get the pay-as-you-go bundle, I only got the airtime. I phoned last week to complain and then got a reply back over the weekend to say it was sorted out. I however still did not receive the data and the sms part of the bundle. This morning on enquiry they stated that my pay-as-you-go bundle is now a contract - which I never asked for or agreed to. Total mess!! which I now have to try and sort out at an MTN store instead of over the phone! I find the whole thing a ridiculous waste of time!!
