Unauthorised debit order
Despite getting confirmation from Mobile plus on 17/05/2018 that all unauthorized debit orders had been stopped they have continued to deduct R60 per month from my account for Phonebox MP 16350844-2. I want my money back.

Telkom - Unauthorised Debits
Telkom has debited data charges to the value of R4972.71 to my account and when I queried this I was told that I made these transaction as I was the only one that had access to the account!! The agent further advised the numbers to which data was transferred and I was then told to open a fraud case with the SAPS as Telkom could not help me. This is unacceptable as they cannot give me proof of who performed/authorized transactions. Telkom refuses to take responsibility but in the meantime I must pay the R4972.71 otherwise my whole account gets suspended! Pathetic.

Unauthorised Debit Order
Since 2016 debit orders totalling around R3300 have been debited against my account without authorisation. TECHTRACE M****350844-3 SOSSQUAD M****350844-5 HOTSPOTTERM M****350844-4 PHONEBOX M****350844-2 I need these reversed and all deductions refunded to me immediately.
