Calvin Klein Gateway Mall is a ****!!! My experience was not only difficult but felt intentionally deceptive. The store’s official return policy, clearly stipulated on my receipt, states that a refund is permitted provided specific conditions are met. I have reviewed these requirements carefully, and my return "ticks all the boxes"—the item is in the required condition and within the allowed timeframe. Despite this, I was told by staff that the store "does not do refunds." It is incredibly ***** to print a policy on a legal proof of purchase and then flatly refuse to honor it in person. This contradictory behavior is unprofessional and, frankly, looks like a bad-faith business practice. To make matters worse, I was not the only one; another customer behind me was equally furious for the same reason. Seeing multiple customers struggling to have basic rights honored is a terrible look for this brand. I am also going to report this to the necessary consumer protection bodies.
I am disgusted by the approach and manner of which your officer's conduct themselves and towards fellow commuters. Two of your Prasa security officer's at the Durban station entering from Umgeni road side are busy lounging around in the information booth. They refused to give names and continued to threaten me. I was simply admiring the station as i haven't seen it in year's and it's renovations. That's when i was approached by these two officer's who just shouted i must leave as I'm not permitted to look and be around there. Please give proper training to your staff for when dealing with commuters and fellow citizens.
IHS does not train their employees nor manage their flats to standard, very unprofessional, rude and incompetent stuff Jabu and Memory of IHS.
