Ive been on drive thru for +-10 min without a car in front of me some girl called Lulu was very impatient and rude...ive a customer there for a long time but i dont appreciate to be trited like trash like im not paid

Bad service
I'm very disappointed about the service I received at Pick n Pay Randpark Ridge Mall. I was assisted by Mabitsana Maboa with a very bad attitude she did not say a word to me no greetings no offering of plastic packed. I don't think she even valued me as a customer.

Overnight service
My parcel TC ********** 92ZA I'm sending it to Polokwane from Protea Glen post office on 21 February 2018 today is 23 February 2018 the parcel still did not arrive. 1. I called 0860 023 133 Memme Kgaole answered the phone while I was still trying to explain to her that I'm looking for my parcel she just transferred me to Mbulelo who told me my parcel is in Polokwane I should contact Oupa on ********** 939 or Nols on ********** 780. 2. Oupa told me he is not working for the company anymore. 3. I called Nols surprisingly he tells me they've been waiting for the truck whole day and it never came. 4. I called back your office 0860 023 133 some very rude lady by the name of Tebogo answered the phone not interested on anything I'm trying to tell her she told me " I can do whatever I'm not going to get my parcel it will only be there Monday" I further asked her for the head office number she gabe me ********** that I've been calling with no answer. I believe I paid for over night service and when I'm trying to track my package I get bitter rude staff members who do not value their clients why did they choose to work with people I don't know. I will not encourage anyone to use post office services
