So this is the face that suppose to be ur friendly manager..He is the manager at Bronkhorstspruit mall Pet store science shop... He is the most rude and arrogant person I met..we were in the store in the week to look at the specials he was rude ..passed it off as well a bad day...today we walked in to buybthe items on special He was rude to my kids at first said they notballwed to touch anything ..I left it as I was going for lr the dog food....he went on with them so I approached him.and asked watvis the matter and not a way to speak to ur customers and I want to speak to the manager...He smirked and said He is the manager n the owner....I said u mot as no owner does that to their customers.... told him I will be taking the matter up further he was rude and ignored me totally as speaking to myself....he's last comment was "these Indian People" I wentvinto the website and surprisingly not alot of negative remarks of this store...worse experience ever.... Disappointed that franchise uses people like these as there ambassadors to their stores..... He's dont care attitude and unapologetic persona is a no win to a business entity.
Laudium debonairs is the worst.... They always mess up the order... 2nd time now in this week.. Ordered magrita only to find the base sweet jam with cheese thrown ontop.... 2nd experience don't knw what is worse... While eating findnd a long strand of hair in both the pizzas ...seriously for a established place to find thiskida gross negligence is beyond me.... Off them now for good...overlooked the past mishaps but only for this establishment to go further down.....
Good day I am a regular customer of the local choice pharmacy here in Bronkhorstspruit. The Pharmacists are exceptional and the nurse is always friendly and willing to assist. I would however like to express my disappointment with the floor and cashier staff. I have a 3year old daughter who always accompanies me to the pharmacy. She accidentally dropped the display of perfume vials which were on the counter. I politely apologized and began picking everything up. The staff went on in an African language which I assume they think I don't understand about how patrons should not bring their children along. And this is the second time I've done this. And then this became the topic of discussion amongst the floor and delivery staff while I was picking up everything, without the help of any of them. I then suggested that the display not be on the counter where we pay or be pushed back a little. I was then met with a very rude and disgruntled cashier who insisted this can't be done. I maintained a polite and courteous attitude despite the negative attitudes around me. As I did not want to create a scene and stress out my 3year old who was already distraught. Whay if I displayed an aggressive attitude? I assume it would of turned out into a full blown argument and created conflict in the store. To my knowledge the staff members on the floor are the face of the business in this case the pharmacy they are the ones that set the tone of the atmosphere of the business. I do not believe the customer is always right . But I strongly believe in maintaining a positive attitude and treating customers with respect. This is clearly lacking in this pharmacy. If it wasn't for the excellent Pharmacists and nurse I highly doubt I would ever support this local choice brand of pharmacies. I am just a consumer but I would recommend that these employees undergo some sort of training in working with people. Kind regards, Faheema
I bought a pair of school shoes thinking Woolworths quality beats the rest...sadly disappointed went in the same day and bought a Sandle instead walkmates as the school said Sandle are accepted...i informed the cashier that I will b bringing the item back as she did wear to school but was taken of after so an hour as she was saying it's hurting her and gave her a blister that's why buying the walkmates but Wil come in to exchange or refund ..he said no problem as long as I have a receipt...when I did manage to go back after a week or more I was told nothing they can do item must be brought back the way it was sold...the shoes are still new not worn in that way..no dirt no bends nothing all looks and feels new..... disappointed and angry told the cashier u keep it I don't want it and give it to someone....!!!@ this is at the Bronkhorstspruit branch....poor service with even poor service liason,,,,,Spoke to the manager few mins bore even said I'd they have the walkmates school shoes would not hesitate to purchase,, And if possible could they order,,,,said to try at highveld mall....poor quality on the Woolworths brand.
