I HAD A HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE WITH GO GORILLA MOVERS! Upon completion of the job, I queried the final invoice (R3857 to move 4 boxes and 5 medium sized items seemed excessive) What followed was completely terrifying ,I was met with very unprofessional, aggressive and rude behavior. It became impossible to find a reasonable resolution which led to me feeling threatened, intimidated and harassed for months after the move. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND GO GORILLA MOVERS AT ALL! I'd hate anyone to experience what I've had to deal with over the past months. I wish I 'd used one of the many other moving companies that quoted, who seem to be more professional. This case is currently under review with the relevant Governing Bodies. Moving is stressful enough, who needs additional trauma?!?!
I paid R210 to have my sneakers cleaned and I can honestly say it was A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I received my sneakers back DAMAGED, and when I pointed it out , I was told "It must've been like that before" When handing them in the shop assistant explained the process using the sneakers - so we both saw that they weer in perfect condition at that point, I wrote an e-mail to management explaining what had happened and got ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. THE WORST SERVICE , EXPERIENCE -TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING AND UNDERWHELMING. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Stephen diagnosed and attended to the issue quickly and very professionally. I am very happy with the service .
Kohler Motors Claremont severely damaged the engine of my car,, beyond repair, releasing a car that was unsafe to drive ,after 8 months of it being left in pieces in their workshop,. After an thorough investigation by the Motor Vehicle Ombudsman MIOSA, it came to light that all the parts that had been replaced as new were extremely badly worn used spare parts. Kohler motors used highly unethical and very poor business practices! As a result of this the AA stripped Kohler motors of accreditation.
My car broke down and as it had missed a service I called the AA foe advice. They recommended Kohler motors in Claremont, as it was an AA approved vendor. My quote went from R3000 to R24 000 to R50 000 in the space of 3 months with no progress made at all. almost 5 months later the car is still in pieces on the Kohler motors workshop floor with no resolution in sight. I contacted the AA for help one month ago.My feeling is that in the best interest of their vendor, they're looking for a loophole and stalling me. I've had NO update on procedure or status of my vehicle. The AA NEVER responds to calls or E-Mails.
I left my car with Kohler Motors Claremont on 15 Nov 2017. The car had broken down and as a result of missing a service was not under warranty. The AA advised me to take it to Kohler motors Claremont as it was AA and Bosch approved. The quote statred at R3000, then went to R24 000 , then R50 000 over a period of 4 months, during which time the mechanics and owner dodged my calls and gave me very sketchy information. As a result my car has been dis assembled and re assembled so many times that I'm not sure if it can ever be fixed. It's now over 5 months later and i still have no answers and no car. The car only has 85 000km on the clock, I can't understand how we got to this point.
