I recently made a claim from Bidvest for my Tyres i logged a claim on the 5th Feb from there it was back and forth emails asking me to amend docs or send more pictures which were already send to them but because they dont read their emails they will be asking you for the same things one by one . they dont call you but only communicate via emails only when you sent an email to complain thats when you will receive a call from their team to asisst and tell you one document is still missing on their policy they advised a claim is approved in 48hrs but for me that wasn't the case i only got a decline feedback on the 21st Feb A decline which was nonsense they will come up with stories like your tyres where damaged due to no maintenance on your car but you tell them the car was well maintained they are just a useless **** milking us money for things they wont assist you with, You will pay your monthly premiums but when its time for them to pay they will come up with stories to make sure they don't pay at all useless insurance to join i wouldn't advise anyone to join their trye and rim policies .
Terrible customer service received here even after sending several communications and making contact with the store they still went ahead and sold my cellphone,I needed some urgent cash and went there and left my phone in exchange i went to the store 1st time and did contract extend , but due to some work travelling i had to leave town for a few months as i was in the same town due to work only i sent an email to them to advise that i am far away cant make it to the store to extend can they assist give me an account number i can use i even reached out to their whatsapp chanel asking for the account number i can just transfer money on as i was not available to no luck and no assistance was told via whatsapp to send someone and did say i got no one to send I sent them another 3rd email thats when they responded and called me back and told me my phone is being sold i asked them again please send an account as i dont want to sell it i need it back when i come back still no one assisted i was then called by a lady called julia i gues she is the manager and she told me they made a mistake they sold my phone and the phone that they had in store was not mine but i can send money she will send me account details and they will keep the phone for me ,but have been asking for that same account way back and now they want to give me a phone that is not mine ,how? the sold my phone when all communications had been sent out via all their chanels
My claim was declined coz the quote was too high and i wasnt even given the option to pay the different balance myself i have been paying my cover monthly but when its their time to pay for damanages they come up with useless excuses
So i bought two phones on contract at one telkom stores in pretoria and was told they are out of stock its been two weeks now and still waiting fro their call still nothing and i know month end they are going to start debiting my account for phones i dont have yet .
can you guys please stop debiting our money for the services you didnt even rovide like seriously now im fed up of this telkom crooks who rob us our cash
I really dont understand how Telkom works their aservices are so pathetic i regret ever making contact with this useless comapny who dont value their clients interest ,So i ordered a mobile phone online and a lady called and i made all the applications and she told me the mobile will be delivered in 5-7 days .She didnt tell me about the initial debit order fee that will go through .so they debited my acc firstly and it bounced back and i called them and asked them to debit again which they did debit my R189.00 and promised me everything was now fine will be contacted for delivery date ,till today im still waiting for that delivery and ive been calling them for two weeks now to no success ,every time i call the consultant will tell me my order was declined due to a debit order that didnt go through at first but ive got proof that they have debited my acc again ,the other day i called and was told everything is fine should just call to get a tracking number to my suprise when i call im still told my order is declined but you have taken my cash ,what pathetic service is this like seriously your services are very poor i dont just understand how your services work,your the worst company ever useless taking advantage of its customers
Can someone working for telkom please assit me urgently or can i please have my cash back so i can go get a phone from another service provider ,im tired of calling telkom everyday and your consultant keep telling me different things like you guys dont communicate or do your work properly. I ordered a phone on the 12 Feb online and was told it would be delivered within 5 days today its the 21 feb and i still havent received any phone .My account has been debited but i dont have the phone ,how do i pay for a phone i dont have and when i call your office im told my order was declined because of the debit order that bounced back but i called and some lady mentioned she will assit and you debited again when the funds where available .But still when i call im being told my order is declined but youve taken my cash ,Why is that? Can i just get my cash back if your not going to help me with this issue i dont understand why a big company will be moving me in circle just to resolve this small issues, Refund my money back if your not going to deliver thr phone i odered .Im tired of this and i had to call you everyday and hold for few miutes using my own airtime . Can somebody please call me with a solution or just refund me back if you dont want to offer me the mobile . ********** 139
