My geyser burst at 01h00 in the morning and flooded my house. I sent outsurance a message through my app at about 02h00 in the morning. Less than 5min later outsurance phoned me with assistance and got the process in motion. By the afternoon my geyser was replaced and a few days later they replaced a part of my sealing and repainted most of the going sealing in my house. This has been my first claim and I was very impressed. Thankyou

My vehicle had been stolen with 2 devices of tracker in. Their verification takes so long its actually laughable. I have sent numerous emails and countless phonecalls and i get promisses that my Log sheets will be sent and yes, I am on the tracker app but the function doesnt work amd I reported that too. Unfortunately I am bound to a contract and have to use them again on my new vehicle. Tracker, really guys, your service has become shocking. I have given up asking.
Horrible service, very poor work, bad communication. Would not reccommend them at all.
