We went to the Dentist 2 months ago and the dentist office check all the code to be sure they can assist us accordingly.. Up to date we have received numeres calls from the same dentist stating that nothing has been paid to date. We have sent numerous mails requesting updates regarding the payment so that we can settle the outstanding amount.. But no response to date
I've called no answer . I've sent email a few times this week from the website and nobody is getting back to me with the information I'm requesting
USELESS, Don’t waste your time & money DON’T SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU’LL REGRET IT. It's happened a few times in the last 5 years with us where Day1 Health doesn’t honor the claims from the medical practitioners, and then 3 months later I get emails from the medical practitioners stating that I’m in arrears and must pay to avoid legal actions. All this even though I pay Day1 Health on time every month. When I called them out on it, they said the claim was received, approved, but something went wrong at the payment department. They apologized but still it's a fight to get the payments sorted ,clearly they don’t know what they’re doing. Now it happened again and as last time, the customer “care” takes their time to resolve and sits in this query, meantime, I keep getting emails from the medical practitioners. Day1 Health is PATHETIC! I can’t wait to cancel my agreement with them, USELESS!
I order online on Friday the 26 of Aug with a women's day Grift Voucher I received from work R100. My order was place with the Voucher but it went of on my account as well. Order was R103.25 which meant I only had to pay in R3.25 but the Full R103.25 went of my account and the voucher went off .I reached out on the app even on Facebook to assist with my refund and nobody came back to me
Good day . This has been the worst service I have ever received . I Request a change of Ownership on my Cellphone Contract a few months back . After Telling the lady 3 Times to please keep my Spending limit to 0 after the Changes has been made . I noticed on my Telkom app the My Account is Running over the Spending Limit . I logged a case with Telkom and my case was closed within 7 days with no Feedback. a Payment still went off with the Spending limit include .
