Good day ,I have trying to port out of FNB connect sim card for almost over a year.i have tried porting out to mtn, Vodacom,telkom and cell c but still being declined. now I am stuck with a network that gives me problems and I can't change my number because all my stuff is registered on that number.when I call FNB they tell me there is nothing wrong on their side.but nothing happens ,I really want out of this network please help.my recent port out was yesterday but still declined.FNB connect is deliberately declining my port request so I can stay on their boring network 😕 below is sms I received when I tried to port. I bought 1foryou voucher of R100 at pep store around 8am on the 4th of july and on redeeming the voucher the system said invalid...then again in the afternoon i bought again another 1foryou voucher of R100 at a Tuckshop around 2pm and it said the same error .i made Hollywoodbets aware of my problem and they admitted their systm was down and upon sorting out their system i was only credited withR100 and upto now i havent been giving the other missing R100 voucher .i have emailed them ,called their helplne but nothing has been done...they are now scamming us of our vouchers.
I recently won a small amount through betting lucky numbers with Hollywoodbets and when i try to withdraw they keep declining my withdrawal of funds saying there i am not compliying..i have turn ovrr my deposit over and over again.and now they coming with a story that because i played i ball..does that matter.i think they want to scam me out of getting my winnings so that i lose it all..their phones are not going through .they are just replying thtough a facebook page.
Hello Peter Absa customer service its useless..and very slow..last week i put in a query with them for my cash send transaction but nothing has been done .when i send them email they dont respond..and when i call the number 0113303037 no one answers their phone so what kind of service is this..Worst Service
Hello Peter i received money via ABSA cash send..and when i got to the ATM it says transaction cannot be processed 55..And when i phoned the people who send the money they told the 10digit has already been redeemed..but how can this be possible cause no one had access to my phone during the this..so please i need my money..please assist..the sms for the 10 digit i received at 20:12pm on 15 june 2019 and when i called the people who send me money they said the pin was redeemed by 20:16 pm same day..this just doesnt make any sense..
Hello Peter i am so stressed out i made a laybye at LifestylE and when i went today to finish my laybye .i found the shop closed and they left a phone for whatsapp which no one response to.to ask around apparently they closed down all their shops around rustenburg.Please how can these criminals be brought to justice.
