Sad that there is still a stigma when doing business with a lady customers. This company was happy to take my money over 3 months for furniture I purchase from the owner on the 1 October, with also putting down a big deposit. Now when I spoke to him in December 2021 after my last payment, I did advise him his sofa's where falling apart and he said they come with a 1 year guarantee and the sofa where covered so he will have them repaired when they opened in January 2022 but I should message him, which I did like request. And after that he just reads my messages and does not reply because I'm a lady a guess cause when my husband calls him he keeps saying next week, next week but he must remind him. We keep doing the same thing now in February 2022 and I still have broken sofa's I purchased for R5800 only. This company is not helping the poor but taking only. I was very happy he helped me with purchasing them on 3 months however I paid and he needs to keep his word.

Had bad experience with the store I lay-by a TV stand, and now the store is closed without notifying the customers. Called their number it rings with no answer, and I called their customer care line the line doesn't exist.

I bought "Victorian style" sofas from Lifestyle furniture, a few months later they became uncomfortable to sit on. I took them to an upholstery, only to find out that they have actually been filled with junk. There is no proper sponge or at least springs. They are very hard, your back will ache 30 minutes after seating on them. They are not worth the money paid for them. They sell us junk. The product is nice on the outside but baddest quality ever.

Lifestyle has a business in Olieven Plaza where I placed a laybye for a bed, when I went to pay the balance the shop was closed due to electric connection problems. Yesterday I was there again only to find that the shop has moved to Pretoria and they left contact numbers on the window. I called the number I could not get through. I want my refund because collecting from Pretoria will cost me a lot.

Which we tired to do but the shop was closed or moved with no notification on the doors.)

In the meanwhile I discovered that the chaise did not have extra density foam on it.

- 1 bed base damaged

During March 2017 I found out that the shop has moved to Atterburty Value market .
