I have a complaint about poor service and refusal with my refund. I booked a parcel to be delivered at Pretoria with Post Link Mall@55, my parcel was collected by Courier Guy from Postlink. Courier Guy did not deliver my parcel to the Magistrate Office and the parcel was returned to the Postlink. Postlink is refusing to refund me my money as I must still deliver this parcel that both Postlink and Courier Guy failed to deliver.

Lifestyle has a business in Olieven Plaza where I placed a laybye for a bed, when I went to pay the balance the shop was closed due to electric connection problems. Yesterday I was there again only to find that the shop has moved to Pretoria and they left contact numbers on the window. I called the number I could not get through. I want my refund because collecting from Pretoria will cost me a lot.
I missed the flight this morning and I asked for the next flight, I paid and I received both boarding passes for am & pm. In the afternoon when I was supposed to board only to find that my ticket is suspended without any notification and the manager said SA Express wont be responsible for that. I had to pay for a shuttle at night to East London. Only to find that after I left the guy who was serving me in the morning cancelled all my tickets and to rebook I had to pay R1100, no body called to tell my office that where as SA Express had our contact details. I was stranded in PE with SA Express want nothing to do with that. If I was aware of the charge as the manager claimed I knew I was supposed to pay R1100, why did I get a a boarding pass for the afternoon. Why did they cancel my flights without talking to me? I arrived in the airport at 14h00 for a 16:15 flight and I already checked in in the morning. I had a boarding pass with me. I still dont get it can somebody explain to me.
