I had a very bad experience with house of granite. They don't stick to their turnaround times, delays after delays. I waited almost 4 months for the Tombstone to be erected. They don't keep you updated on progress. You have to fight to get feedback always. If you value your money, go somewhere else for a Tombstone.
My car has been at Renew it Sandton since 6 December 2021. To date there's not much progress on the repairs. I'm being told that they are expecting certain parts on 30 January 2022. Each time I request to speak to the branch manager I'm told she's in a meeting. I wouldn't advise anyone to take their car there for repairs because you'll wait forever 😪
I contacted MTN customer service on the 16 May 2018, to request for a record of messages sent to my cellphone number, because I lost the information and i need to present the information as evidence for a court hearing. I was transferred to about 4 consultants and none of them could assist me because i no longer have a contract with MTN. I dont understand how they could not assist me as i have been an MTN customer for about 4 years and they should have my records in their system. I am very dissapointed and dont understand how they could not assist me because other network providers are able to retrieve information for customers when they need such assistance.
I had a cellphone contract with MTN which expired in 2016 and requested to be moved to prepaid since I was not interested in upgrading. On the 5th March 2018, I went to MTN store in East Gate to apply for a new contract phone. On the 6th March 2018, I went to the store to check if my application was approved or not. I was told that the systems shows that I owe money on the previous account, therefore they cannot approve my application because of the money owed. I dont understand how I can owe them money when the contract expired and when I was moved to prepaid. Why was there no communication that im owing? Is it even possible to be moved from contract to prepaid when your owing money? The service I received is very bad and I dont think I will ever use MTN again ###Dissapointed
