We took our Grand Cherokee Jeep for the 120 000 km service 3 weeks ago. The car came back with the engin light burning and the aircon not working. We reported immediately and they did not have a courtesy vechile as I am an estate agent and have no other car . They promised to call the moment a car is available. Two weeks later NO feedback. We went there on the 7th of March 2018 and my husband sat there from 7h30 until about 15h00 ,for them to sort the problems out to leave there and NOTHING was fixed. We had to make another appointment after I called Natasha who is the apparently the service manager. We took out a full maintenance plan with them when we bought this car from them on their advice. Apparently when we went there this afternoon 8 March 2018 after NO feedback today as a part has to be ordered and paid by Avis and nothing happened and they claim they waiting for Avis now for 3 days to approve. Avis want them to take out the part take pictures send to them and WE MUST PAY THE LABOUR!!!!!!! Apparently Avis cannot see pictures clearly. Now my question!!! Your car go in with NO problems and come back like that!!! We asked who is following this up with Avis, my daughter is having a baby an my mom is turning 80 we leaving tomorrow 9 March as we told them 3 weeks ago!!!!! They were quick to sell this Avis maintenance plan but now sitting back and they knew the urgency of our situation and waiting and waiting!!!!! We were told stay away from Union Motors Nelspruit because of the horrible after sale service and this is worst anybody could ever warn you about. Natasha do not take calls always in a meeting and this afternoon I asked to see her and people like Hlubi Sunduza have to deal with this and my biggest compliments to that young lady with her patience with my anger and being upset beyond repair and her superiour Natasha cannot face us!!!!!! Eventually Len from who we bought the Avis plan came as I want to know WHO is going to sort this out with Avis???? Len walked the extra mile as well and organised us another vechile that this can be fixed between Avis and Union Motors. It is the worst ever service except Len and Hlubi I have EVER EVER reeived.from a car dealer. The just 'don't care attitude' and the fact that nobody take responsibility and sort problems out that they can have happy satisfied clients!!! Is this not what after sales service is suppose to be. In this week one of our clients told us her son also bought a jeep at Union Motors Nelspruit and was so happy with the car but decided to sell JUST BECAUSE OF UNION MOTORS Ne ELSPRUIT WORST AFTER SALE SERVICE.
