I have been a client of Dotsures for the last 10 odd years. Your service is rapidly going down the drain. Your new Online portal system is so flawed and the fact that I have to chase after you to get my pets claims paid is beyond shocking. Then when I ask to get put through to the head of your sutomer service I get told by the consultant that she does not know who that is. I then phone through to reception to ask to be put through and am put on hold for 15b min and am still on hold. You are about to lose me as a client and all the people I have referred to you over the years will also hear about this shocking lack of service.
Dotsure Pet Insurance is absolutely amazing. I have always had the most amazing service and my consultant Chante is awesome. Every time I have claimed for one of my furbabies i have had the money put into my account within a day of sending in my claim. There care and there love of our animals is truly inspiring and I would highly recommend them. I can rest easy knowing that my pets medical needs will always be taken care of because they are covered by Dotsure. Thank you Dotsure and Chante, Tammy and all te furbabies
I would just like to say a big thank you to Dotsure yet again and to Micheala Cronje the wonderful representative that assisted me. Within a day of sending my claim through the money was in my account. Michaela was amazing as are all the lovely people that work at Dotsure. I always feel so assured that my babies are looked after by them and they ALWAYS pay my claims with no issues whatsoever. Michaela's concern for my baby was so touching and genuine. THANK YOU!!!
FNB you are the worst bank I have ever come across. I made a payment arrangement on your banking phone app for my personal loan that is in arrears to pay R1000 a month. I selected that the money comes from my business account into my loan account on the app. This then came off my account on 1 September. I then look at my personal account this morning and FNB has tried to put through a debit order for R3900. When I phoned to query it - 2 different people they tell me no arrangement has been made and I must send them proof. The proof is the amount that was deducted from my business account and paid into my loan account. I then ask to speak to a team leader or someone further up and I get tole they will get them to phone me back as I want that debit order of R3900 canceled as their IS and WAS a payment arrangement in place. I still have not had a phone call or an email response. FNB YOU ARE THE WORST AND YOUR SERVICE IS SHOCKING!!!!! I have laid a complaint with the banking ombudsmen. How could the money have been deducted from my business account if I had not made the payment arrangement? THAT IS YOUR PROOF. You have no right to just debit people's accounts when you feel like it, especially after an arrangement has been made.
Shocking customer service. The staff don't care at all if you are unhappy. Got home to discover items I had paid for weren't there. They never have certain items. You phone customer service they say they will get the store manager to phone and some other guy phones and when I ask him what he us going to do to rectify he says he will keep it there till I come and get it. Shocking and disgusting service to say the least
I used Orchid Moves for our move from Job to KZN. The first time I used them 4 years ago they were fantastic so I was highly disappointed this time. As they had moved us before and knew the contents of our home etc I asked Steven the owner to please send the same size truck and trailer as last time. He sent a smaller trailer and hence some of our stuff was left in Jhb and had to be collected 2 weeks later. Due to the smaller trailer, his staff tried to squash everything in and as a result we suffered damages to our stuff. The best part was that they dismantled an office chair and then when they tried to put it back together again it was put on the wrong way and a hash job done on it. The bottom of my big wooden bookshelf was broken, our wingback chair of our coricraft lounge suite has two holes in it, our one ceramic lamp which is part of a set and which we very carefully bubble wrapped was broken. Our fridge was scratched to the point where the metal is showing and the paint scratched off. When I asked him what he was doing about this he told me I must claim from my insurers. I told him I was not going to do this as this was negligence on his and his staff parts. I received a letter from his insurance broker yesterday saying the same thing and that they had offered me all risk insurance but I had declined. Even if I had taken it does this give them the right to squash stuff into a truck, damage it and then not take responsibility. I will never use them again and in the past where I had recommended them to my friends would never do so again. I am highly disappointed.
