I placed an order for perfume and paid. I have received terrible service and a whole bunch of lies from them. They nothing but a bunch of liers and thieves and how Takealot can even be associated with them is shocking.
I went to to Hi Fi Corp and bought a 12' and a radio speaker combination. When I wanted to have it installed but saw the sub is too big for my boot, and the radio did not have CD player function. Now not wanting the goods having NOT installed anything at all I phoned beacon bay branch explained everything. The lady told me no problem come in with the receipt and it will be okay. I drove in 30km from out of town sick as a dog to get to the store and be told. They will only take the goods back if I supply a letter from a fitment centre stating that the radio and speakers have not been installed. This is not what was told to me on the phone. The fitment centers want to either charge me between R150 to R200 to look at the goods and write said letter or they dont want to get involved. Any lay person can look at the goods and see the wires are still originally wrapped, there is no evidence on the speakers or radio that *****s have been used the *****s show no signs of being used and the sub speaker is still in its sealed plastic cover. Also I was supposed to have paid only R749.00 for the goods but on my bank charges they took R997.00 They are so corrupt and a bunch of thieves I want clear action to be taken against them
I have never been so unsatisfied with the Manager from Automall Renault workshop. I had sent a mail to advise him I would be collecting my paperwork I have been waiting for over a hour and 17mins to get my documentation from Shane Hayward. He was told that I was there to collect documentation and I was told he was on the phone. He was not on the phone in fact he had been testing vehicles. If i am to be treated this way I would hate to see how a customer gets treated #badservice #badmanager
I bought that data promo for R19 and get a gig for that day only. I did that because I wanted to download music... I'm busy downloading my music when I get a sms telling me that I only have 44mb. I was so shocked and upset I check my data balances and there it was my resteicted gig had not been touched. But my normal data was just about finished. I phoned Vodacom to report the problem. The guy who answered the call said nothing is showing on his side. I said to him I specifically bought that gig special to download music. Now it has used my normal data and didn't touch my gig, and I told him I was concerned as at 23:59 the gig will be finished. Again he said he could not help me. I said to him can I not email the screen grabs and said no and I must pgine back Now I've checked my balances and as I thought would happen my gig data is gone (lile it's supposed) and my normal data is now at 33mb. My complaint is I have now wasted airtime to buy the gig special and I never got to use it. Please I would love to have my R19.00 back (For the none data) and I would also like my normal data to be back on 299mb before all this mix up happened. I am quiet disappointed coz I saw data of mine was missing on Sunday. I lodge a complaint and nobody got back to me. Is this what Vodacom has become? Thieves in the night. It's ridiculous that your data rates are so high.but try keep your loyal supporters happy.
