VO2 Max Fitness Centre: NO - NO If you ever wonder should I, or shouldn`t I, join VO2 Max Fitness Centre, please choose the latter. Background: 1. I joint VO2 Max, signing a debit order form. 2. Two months later, received an email stating that I`m two months behind on my membership fees. 3. I emailed back stating that I signed a debit order, please just deduct from my account. Which they said that they will. 4. Received an email on the 6th August stating that due to changes on VO2s debit system, my debit order was not submitted to my bank on the 1st of August, but will submit on the 10th, which it did. 5. Received an email again in October stating ‘Your debit order has again been refused. This has happen many times before.’ and ‘you will not be allowed to gym until this amount is paid’ 6. I checked my bank statement and emailed them the dates and amounts deducted by VO2 Max from my account, not one refused by my bank. 7. Not getting a response from anyone at VO2 Max and not permitted to use the fitness centre till this is resolved, I decided to cancel my membership with VO2 Max Fitness Centre by email on the 24th October 2018. 8. The problem is that I picked up now, that they haven`t stopped the debit order and still takes my gym fees every month from my account. 9. After how many emails to get my money back from VO2 Max, without one response from any of the management at VO2 Max, I received a payment of R 850 from them. 10. Again I emailed them asking for an explanation, as I cancelled my membership 10 months ago, yet again NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. So, if you thinking of joining them, just don’t. NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO
Ever heard of Real Broadband Solutions? Well let me tell you about them. As you know fibre are being installed throughout Pretoria and our Estates was the unlucky one targeted by Real Broadband Solutions. They started out great , laying fibre in record time, going 'Live' early March. Forms were signed, connecting fees paid in February, assurances provided by Nadine Barris that connecting and going 'Live' would be in early March, gave my then ADSL provider 30 days noticed, but then.... an email from Nadine Bariss stating 'an unexpected hiccup' activation will only be end of March. My router was only installed on the 5th of April, router installation appointment at 15h00, the technical staff only arrived at 17h00, and guest what, no service as yet. (9 April) Now my fibre line or something is faulty and a 'called has been logged'. Well as for me now, I should have kept my ADSL line. I worked with incompetent companies before...... but wow, Real Broadband Solutions, You`re the best. All I want to know is.... WHEN, WHEN, WHEN????
I`m very frustrated with TNT. On Monday, 5th March, Vusumuzi Makgatho from TNT emailed me, requesting my importers code and more detail regarding my shipment, (medical accessories) which I emailed him. Since then, the only response I got from TNT is, 'shipment is stopped by customs'. I can`t get anyone to tell me why, or what customs need from us. We haven`t received an invoice from TNT, so I`m still in the dark and my customers need their medical accessories urgently. I phoned again this morning, 12th March, only to be told that their system is offline and someone will phone me back. What a joke.
