Don't take your vehicle there.They,re not only unprofessional but they don't even affiliate with the Retail Motor Industry or simple SARS. I took my car to them and they said they'd assess it and get back to me. They later called me to say my car was ready to collect for R 3400,they then didn't give me their banking details from October 2018 until February 2019 despite having fixed my car without a quotation or my go ahead. Now they claim I owe them over R 16 000 for storage costs and refuse to release my car despite having paid them their R 3 400.
I asked for them to stop the many unauthorized debit orders on my account and they advised I open a new account instead upon which they failed to close my old account and de-link my Conexis phone from that account. Now that account has accumulated over R 900 in costs and returned debit orders including for the device and I was rather harassed to make deposits into that account. I complained from September 2018 about this and to date this matter has not been resolved. I lost complete trust in this bank as a result and have switched my salary and will have to switch my business account as well it seems.
I lost a total of R 6600 (R 3500 + later R 3100)despite warning the bank I did not know the debit order which was then pending and asking for the transaction to be stopped. They simply told me to wait for it to clear and come back tomorrow. Their hypocrisy was eminent when they not only allowed the two debit orders go trough against my will but also decided to "honor" the transaction and leave my account overdrawn to over - R 4000. Funny how for two months I'd been pleading with the bank for a form of credit either as a credit card or an overdraft which I was denied. Now 4 months later they debited R 150 from my new account I'd opened after they failed to close the overdrawn cheque account,apparently it's for repayment of my debt to them?
This bus was not only 2hrs late but the driver still had the nerve to leave me at the Kroonvaal 1 Stop Engen garage against advise by the old lady and a gentleman who were seated besides me. As though that was not enough an agent named Thobile Mokhonza at switchboard was rude and told me there was nothing they could do despite having my luggage in their bus.
Kudo's to the managerial staff at Kroonvaal 1 Stop Engen garage for going beyond their call of duty at no extra charge nor questions asked. They helped me contact my bus call center and bus driver after I was carelessly left by the bus at this garage on Monday the 12th March 2018. They were life savers of note. #greatbusiness
