The worst service ever, rude drivers and rude consultants. I'm still wondering why Forever new chose them as their courier.Im even considering shopping elsewhere because of their courier Ram .
I have been contacting ADT to no avail, it seems like there's no one working there, calls are not being answered and emails are not being responded to. Their service is pathetic
My debit order issue is still unresolved by Dorah Mvila.
Can Dorah Mvila call me. I have sent her numerous emails pertaining to my query, she doesn't respond or acknowledge receipt of my emails. It seems like ADT employees don't value their clients.
I have an ongoing query with ADT security, firstly they debited a yearly premium from my account without my consent, thereafter i started doing my payments through a transfer. To my surprise, they said my account was in arrears, i forwarded all my POPs. Even to date my account payments are not updated and this issue has been ongoing for 4 months now. Im being called by their collections department 4 times a day and they have also adversely affected my credit profile because the arrears are reflecting on my profile. I spoke to Cyril from the accounts department, he has been giving me false promises and is now avoiding my calls. ADT fix this mess and cancel that contract, i will look for another security company that values its clients. Your service including that of your finance department is pathetic.
I haven't had internet connection since 02/06/2022 and I have been contacting vodacom on a daily basis without any assistance. They say the package I upgraded to is not compatible with my device, but the question is how was I supposed to know and why didn't the consultant probe further so as to mitigate all this inconvenience. I am really disappointed in Vodacom and its staff for not being so proactive when it comes to resolving clients queries. On the 06/06/22 early morning I spoke to one of the customer service agents and her manager who promised a resolution by end of day, however the issue is still not resolved. Vodacom service is very pathetic when it comes to queries everyone drags their feet.
I bought items from superbalist and upon delivery I noticed that some of my items were missing. I received an email stating that all my items were delivered. I called their customer service and spoke to Conway who confirmed that the other box was damaged or went missing. How? I don't know. I haven't heard from them yet and as a regular client of them I am even considering looking into other online fashion outlets seems like they no longer value their clients.
Dealing with First for women for a claim is a real nightmare. I spoke to Taslima Kangar who dropped the call on me when I disputed my excess. She was supposed to give me an assessment report of which she did not. It's funny how easy it is to sign up, but when it comes to claims they are the worst insurance ever. Agents will drop calls on you and they make sure that you do the run around when it comes to getting updates from them.
Thabelo was very sincere and helpful after being tossed back and forth by other agents. She is an asset at Vodacom.
So vodacom network has been having a problem in my area since January, I have been calling in since and the response I get from the agents is that my area is experiencing a technical issue and no one has been assigned to the task for resolution. It's funny they still debit their premiums on time without discounting but they are failing to meet their end of the bargain to render a service to me. Anyone thinking of going with vodacom please don't, their service is pathetic and they don't take the initiative to resolve their technical issues.
