I hired a trailer on the 30th of August for two days ,then i brought it back within a day.Ive been waiting for my refund ever since then we no communication
I'm so disappointed with their call center agencies a simple to set an appointment to install a tracker it takes two days and you are send from pillar to post after holding for a long time and they will promise to call you back and they will not bother
Oakhurst insurance doesn't know the meaning of the word get back to the client I've been waiting for a response from their claim department,every time I give them a call there's a new surprise and they don't have their facts straight,They'll tell you they gonna get back to you ,you gonna phone them three to five times before you get a consultant or you'll be told the consultant are at the meeting
